Seus only works with 1.12.2 and below, unfortunately. In versions above 1.12.2, chests and beds are invisible, the water looks weird, entity lighting is messed up, and waving plants don't work. I wish Sonic Ether would update Seus v11 and Renewed to 1.13.2 but I doubt he ever will.
You try re-download the shaders ? and what's the version of your Optifine ?
Not the same person you replied to, but I'm having the same problem with my shaders. I've tried re-downloading the shaders, but that didn't work. I'm using OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_E3. Any suggestions?

Click on ANY of the options and the game crashes back to the Launcher with this error.

Hello can someone help me? When I start minecraft I can play for 5 minutes and then my whole pc crashes and reboots. I have a new PC for a month with high end. Everything is up to date from the programs and the shader works too. The windows error is unfortunately not meaningful.

It's not an "error", and you're doing something ridiculous. SEUS Renewed 1.0 was made for 1.12.2 and older. It is not compatible with 1.13 and above. You would have been well aware of this, if you had done as instructed and read the entire post:

Why does no one read the opening post?
You're using an intel integrated graphics chip (Intel UHD 630) which is never going to be supported, and never has been. You require a proper dedicated GPU, preferably Nvidia as AMD has had issues with shaders. You're also using 1.14.3, which is again not supported. SEUS Renewed is specifically made for 1.12.2, as stated in the opening post. It will not function on anything newer.
Regarding the texture pack being used, the images in the opening post are extremely outdated and some are using different packs. The one I recognise though, is "r3dcraft" which briefly had shader support in Minecraft version 1.10 or so. The creator of r3dcraft has since put his project on hold, to attend university until sometime in 2020.

Sooo the iron sword is behaving like a torch with dynamic lights enabled. Can this be fixed? I'm on 1.12.2 with Optifine and Forge.

My Optifine is up to date - OptiFine_1.14_HD_U_F1_pre1.jar
Or are you suggesting there is a fix in a futue version which I need to wait for?
When i say update i say update the version of Optifine , the pre1 is outdated and now we have the pre6

Is there any way to enable the water shader of SEUS Renewed on 1.14.2?
It appears that the water shader is not working on 1.14.2.

Go to gbuffers_water.vsh and go to line 63 and change the
if(mc_Entity.y == 1)
by
if(mc_Entity.x == 8 || mc_Entity.x == 9)
