Welcome to the culb!
Glad to hear that somebody else is facing similar problems like I have.
I am also playing on a Laptop ( i7 4710MQ | GTX 860M | 8 GB RAM | 1 TB HDD | 80 GB SSD | 240 GB SSD | 1920 x 1080 @60Hz).
What I found out is that when I start MC, the framerate is higher and drops after a couple of munites.
Yesterday I analyzed this HWMonitor and saw that the Video RAM load goes to 99% and then the VRAM clock throttels.
But after I shut down MC and start it again, the framerate is still low. Very strange.
I don't know if you feel like investigating this problem together. I don't know where are you from. I am from Germany.
If your time zone isn't that far away, we can have a short chat or conversation via Skype, Discord or whatnot.
You can write me a PM if you wish to do this.
I really would like to solve this problem, as MC is barly playable with this behaviour. And I want to keep shaders.
The Java client is wasting VRAM. Old render data is not being discarded because the Java VM thinks it's still being allocated, but for whatever reason the VM also thinks the allocated space is free. It's basically a memory leak. Please try the following Java flags on your Minecraft client.
I'm having an issue with SEUS where everything just looks super dark.
but I didn't come here to complain
I would like to ask permission to use the source as a base to edit for my own pack.
SEUS looks just plain beautiful!, but runs like S.
(~47-75FPS (VSYNC) on internal, ~2-5FPS on SEUS)
^ I can't even fly
but that's not the only reason I want to work on my own shaderpack, let alone the realreason.
I'm already working on my own modpack and want to work on a signature shaderpack specifically tailored to it.
please and thanks

I have a problem, after using Seus Shader everything turns to weird pink, green and sometimes blue textures when it starts to rain in the screen below you can see how it looks. I tried many options and reinstalled it so many times but nothing helped.
For support other than "roll back your graphics drivers."
I turned off Force Wet Effect and Water Caustics within the Surface Options of the Shader Options and it solved my problem with everything being pink and green during rainfall.
You won't see those pretty water puddles on the ground, but hey, you couldn't see them anyway because of the pink and green-ness.
Hello all, I'm having a hard time using the shader. I installed it with 1.12 running minimal mods. I'm running Forge, Optifine, and Xaero Minimap. It all worked fine. Then today I opened it up, and had no sound. I reinstalled minecraft, and I've done this several times. Each time I install the shader, I lose all sound. Any ideas?

I NEED HELP THE TEXTURE PACK IS BROKEN PLS

There you wil find him and you can ask him there.
You need to do a driver rollback.
This is SEUS shaders. Not texture pack support.
thanks man

All shader developers are there. We also got Texture pack developers, mod programmers, map makers, and the creator of Optifine.
About the pink glitch, I'd like to know what need a fix, the NVidia drivers or the shaders ?

big thanks to you Triliton
try to reinstall the texture pack and run it i have this problem too
Youre welcome
Yes here is the fix:
follow these instructions: turn off Force Wet Effect and Water Caustics within the Surface Options of the Shader Options.
You wil find the shaders options meny at the right bottom corner when you select the shaders.
But will it turn off this nice wet effect ? If yes I hope this fix is temporary because losing this effect is a bummer.
It wil sadly turn off this effect. Sonic Ether is looking into this bug.
Thank you very much !
Youre welcome
Oh, he is considering this a shader problem? I typically just roll back the drivers. It wouldn't be the first time Nvidia screwed up.
