Guys, how do i decrease the motion blur ? Sorry if this has already been asked..
It tells you how in the first post.........
To adjust motion blur amount, open final.fsh and edit "#define MOTIONBLUR_AMOUNT 2.5". Some people may prefer less motion blur. To disable motion blur, add "//" to the beginning of all lines that start with "#define MOTIONBLUR..."
Ok, for those interested, here's a video tutorial how to manually install SEUS (along with Optifine and Daxnitros GLSL shaders) for 1.2.4. It's pretty quick and easy once you know the steps. Hope this helps!
I'll maybe do a second tutorial later on how to tweak the shader config files to match my setup and also how to turn on/off/change options like motion blur or DOF.
EDIT: removed my question, after more searching I just learned about the whole DOF/Motion Blur conflict thing, didn't realize you can't do them both at once!
So my other question is - there are 2 minor artifacts I'm noticing, does anyone know which settings in the final.fsh will help fix this:
- weird shadows flashing on whatever item is in your hand
- grainy shadows on doors and some other objects
also if anyone knows which settings will resaturate the colors back to their standard look?
is there anyway to speed up the rate of movement when looking left or right? when im standing still looking right or left is fast but when moving it slows down a lot.
Nevermind I figured it out, I just had to go to the composite.fsh in the minecraft.jar/shaders/ and turn the blurfactor down.
I was wrong, I posted before testing and it turns out I can only turn it off by putting two slashes in front of that line so Java ignores it, but I don't know if that worked because I'm posting this before testing on again lol, for all I know it will crash!

Nope it didn't crash but it loaded my save and it worked fine, only problem was that the screen was black! I'm assuming this is because that was the wrong line that I edited and so this happended lol, it was only visual though I could still hear myself walking around.
Could someone tell me how to turn the shadow blur off or prefferably turn it down though, please?
I'll see what I can do.

Ok.
I'm not sure, but I think if you turn graphics to fast then that helps.

is there some kind of workaround for this issue ?
awesome, it works, thank you !!
Here's a little demo I've been able to record today (best watched in 720p):

Are you running any mods alongside it?
