There is a very simple fix for this! Go to this site here: http://pastebin.com/f9V3HDwy

You might also find other things in there that would make it run better.
ok, that makes more sense, I implemented the edits to the files and fixed the water so thanks for the help! The render distance changing helped a little but am still getting around 35 fps, but its better than 25 so thanks!
You should be getting more fps than 35. My only guess of why that is is because of your 1440p monitor. I use a 1080p monitor and I can get 70-110+ fps on SEUS Ultra with 5 render distance. And I have an EVGA GTX 970 with an Intel i5 4460 (3.2 GHz). What clock is your CPU running at? Or perhaps your low fps has to do with the fact that you have an x99 CPU and the graphics card somehow isn't optimized for the new CPUs. Try updating your graphics drivers.
What do you mean with my setup...which setup ? Could you help me with that ?
What render distance is your Minecraft running at without shaders? Maybe you're only getting 100 fps because of an extremely high render distance. I'm able to run *vanilla* Minecraft with 200-500+ fps with an i5 4460 @ 3.2 GHz.
Hate to quote this again, but any help? Sorry if the answer has been said and I missed it
try turning connected textures off in the video settings also turn off mipmap. If this doesnt fix the problem open the texture pack zip file and locate the folder CTM and delete it. hope this fixes your problem.

That's what i thought as well maybe with the higher resolution it just doesn't like being like that. I overclocked my core clock to 4.1 GHz from the stock 3.3 GHz but I haven't overclocked my graphics cards yet which I might do later on to improve the performance a little bit. I bought these graphics cards and the CPU because they were the newest model but I haven't had any troubles at all in other games with that kind of issue. I get around 140 FPS in BF4 on ultra graphics on my 1440p so I dont think there is an issue with the CPU and GPU's. I am running the latest versions of my graphics drivers which was the first thing i tried before asking on here.

I have another bug, again looks like an issue with optimization. when in 3rd person mode (from front) everything behind you disappears. I think this might also be the reason for the fps drop looking away from the sun because more stuff is rendered due to shadows being on your screen. Even without shadows, it might still make a difference. I am not sure, but anyway. Here are screenshots for this new bug: (I know why hand is doing weird things, it is because I changed settings in GLSL shaders mod for hand depth (bug happens even without changing that))

Ok guys, this doesn't only happen on SEUS, it happens with others as well. Even the FPS drop happens with others. So I guess it is a part of the GLSL shaders mod then and not SEUS.
EDIT: The shaders I tried were derived from SEUS, so I guess the bug is with SEUS then
Is there a way to fix it?

50 FPS is good.
Lower render distance to 8 for a little more FPS.
Use 1.7.10, SEUS, Chroma Hills. I see a bug on pipes.
