So, the issue itself is with the SEUS v10.0 code.. Hmm..

Is your TP Bump Mapped / POM? SEUS code doesn't have it by default, so I don't think it would cause any issues.. Maybe.

Silur's latest Vibrant shaders are really good, Chocapic's have a few bugs -- he's trying to work them out.

Yeah I changed the composition file one of the settings is

composite.fsh (remove // from underwater & glow.torch!)

+ final.torchlight * 75.0f //Add light coming from emissive blocks
+ final.underwater * 0.175f //Add light behind water
+ final.glow.torch * 700.0f

And not shown in the image above here is me changing these values for night darkness (I usually have my monitor pretty dim so having it a bit brighter is nice).

Its only a bit brighter but here are the lines I changed

thats what I have that i think gives a good mix between white and yellow

anything past about .12 for white balance is pretty much just white

Cody is already working on new releases, so, not sure if he'll come back to fix glitches like this, or just resolve (if he hasn't already) in new releases..

Darkness and torchlight are pretty easy fixes..

There are correct shadows just lines thought the landscape that follow my char im also running on windows. oh by the way Amassing work on this shadier it looks great, just.. without lines, of course.
