I installed camera studios and when i press "O" it does nothing. on the home screen when i press "Mods" (I have forge) it says it is there. What should i do?
First try without any other mod (except forge itself), then add the other mods gradually until you can't press 'O' anymore ; then you'll find the mod who's posing problem
I've tried downloading this mod's Dependency file, I got to the download site but when I try downloading it, It tells me that it cannot be downloaded and it contains Malicious-Malware-viruses and avoided it from downloading
When ever I try to record time lapses, The footage always has still frames in it. I'm recording 10-15 second clips (sped up 100x, so the actual recording time is about 20 minuets) and I use optifine, although the videos are still choppy without it. This still bits are about six seconds long and are really annoying! Has anything like this happened before?
I need help when I install this with Zan's map it goes black and funky but I've been using them together since 1.4.7 without camera studio its fine I use optifine and drag all the classes in a folder to make sure they don't conflict and they don't. IDK heres the pictures and here is the "log" well you see it never crashed I tried to make it but it wouldn't so it is fool proof.

I NEED HELP!!! I was just watching ipodmail's new review on it, so I got it, but when I tried to open the GUI by pressing O it doesn't do anything! Please help!!!

thanks for a perfect working mod. don't use the camera recording itself as i use this only to make paths but tried it and it works great just takes loads of space but that's okay

Well, first you must learn how to patch the game itself - whatever the mod is.. There are plenty of tutorials for this on youtube. I'm sure you'll find good ones (look for actual minecraft version tutorials, as things changed since 1.5 with the new launcher)
Then, just follow my installation instruction, it's not hard at all. Just read everything and follow the steps
It's currently a huge pain to record using this mod, because I'm forced to use H264 as codec, which means I cant record as slow as I want. If I choose the ffvhuff codec (which I've never ever heard of before!), then I can do the recording much slower, but afterwards when I want to edit it - I cant! Since SONY Vegas has no idea of what the ffvhuff codec is, you have to convert and stuff, which is no fun.
Would something more used, like the Lagarith codec maybee bee possible to implement?
I'm using the Xuggler library to encode the video, and it wraps plenty of codecs, but unfortunately not the Lagarith one (at least not for encoding). I'm not specialist in codecs, but here you will find most codecs supported by this lib. If you can recommend a codec that fits your needs (and has encoding support!), you're welcome - I'll have a look at it

Do you have a footage that shows the problem ? I'm not sure I understand...
I've taken a look at the list. I havent used any of those listed there before so I dont know if they work nice with Vegas or how they perform. But I think that huffyuv, which is similar ffvhuff, is more friendly with Vegas. Might be worth a try if its not too complicated?
It seems huffyuv and xuggler is not a coder friendly combo :\
