If you guys get weird looking tools after installing this and use MCPatcher you need to install it using MCPatcher before any of it's HD patches so that it patches these files too.
This seems incompatible with 3DItems. There are obvious reasons for this, but is there any possibility whatsoever of getting compatibility?

It's unlikely, only because then I would have to make seperate patch for digfferent combinations of forge and 3d items. If you don't use my RenderItem class (tw) and just use the one from 3dItems, you should still have his 3d Items but you will see the default purple colour in the items in your inventory, both armour and held items will show the different enchantment colour though.

The other reason being I plan on doing something quite unique and maybe crazy with this mod. It will likely mean I will move it back in the WIP section and change the name to "Animated Enchantments". Here is a proof of concept with the flame enchantment
I was always annoyed by the fact that enchantments were purple only. This should be a nice touch. If you can get it to show up on multiplayer it could be useful on pvp servers. After all, max protection iron armour is more deadly than unenchanted diamond armour. Plus you could tell who is vulnerable to fire.

I believe that 1.3 will resolve the enchantments on other players issue. When that is fixed this mod will change it for the other players also
Just put mod in and had a go, I like it and cant wait for the next version
Also just wanted to know if you could add the bit of code in the spoiler to the end of the renderItemOverlayIntoGUI method in RenderItem.java (tw.class) to make it compatible with my mod UseCount 2.
It shouldn't need anything but this bit in the future as it just calls the method in my file, thats so I can change as little as possible of the base file.
Only time this may change is if I can work out how to remove it from the base file all together, then it won't be needed.

No problem, although I will have to edit the code because my mod doesn't use modloader. Not a big issue, just reflection to detect the class then some class loader dancing and it should work fine (as long as you don't change the method or class name on me).

Nah I shouldn't its only like that because I couldn't figure a way to add my code to the class without editing the base class, best I got for the moment is to minimise the amount added by moving it to another file.
Conveniently it also allows me to use UM2 for it as well lol

Can you at least tell the community if this mods will be updated or keep an update on how you progress?
