Version 1.2.1 released. This fixes outstanding bugs left within v1.2. Unfortunately it may cause some saves to crash or settings to be wiped out due to how world information is saved now. Back up your minecraft JAR.
Just downloaded MCA for the first time using your new installer. It worked like a charm! I had absolutely no issues while installing. Made it much easier than my first attempts at installing a mod. :tongue.gif:
i have a suggestion, make it so in the config file there could be something like HuntingMinutes so we can set how long we want it to take for our kids to come back from hunting. no idea if this is possible, though, i'm not a mod maker, im just a random guy that installs mods so i can have more fun on minecraft

SUGGESTION: self preservation idea for my children trying to defend me:
IF( current health < X% of full health )
THEN stop attacking and run away from all hostile mobs.
Minecraft NPC soldiers keep attacking until the enemy or them is killed.
Which is why I don't take my children out exploring with me, no matter how much health they have.
The above idea would help my helpers remain helpful and still protect them.
Don't think of it as cowardice, think of it as "I just invested a ton of resources and time on your ass, I'm not about to let you throw it away doing something stupid."
i have a bug: i tried sending one of my kids hunting after giving him some diamond armor and a diamond sword, but then the world stops working. it doesnt get corupted, so i can still play it. the kids name is: WTF! ANOTHER BOY!?!?!?!?!?!?
EDIT: It also made a clone of him.
EDIT2: He's also the only one with the skin he has. Not sure if that means anything, but I have no idea.

hardcore secret feature isn't working for me. it says that i dont have any children. i tried it twice. first time i let him grow to an adult. second time i just made it into a kid. really, im saying that it said i didnt have any children, even though i did.

If you have an older version, update. This was a problem in v1.1 and below.
You also have a character in the child's name that is not allowed in a file that is saved on Windows. Windows doesn't allow the question mark to be in a file name. Don't name them with illegal characters since I haven't added a check for that yet.

hmmmm you once sayed the chances with son/daughter where 50/50, i had 6 children in total 4 girls and 2 boys from wich 1 died. my first daughter is an adult but can you like get her married to a man in the village?

The chances are 50/50. If you flip a quarter ten times, you're not always going to get 5 heads and 5 tails.
And no, you can't get them married YET. It is a planned feature.
