I am having a problem with NEI for minecraft 1.4.6 on Ubuntu 13.04. I am playing ChocolateySyrup's Sky Den.The other mods in the game, and the balancing require mineraft 1.4.6, so don't tell me to upgrade. I am also using Magiclauncher to make installing and managing the mods easy.When I start minecraft, it starts normally and forge seems to have loaded all the mods successfully (including NEI and codechikencore. I checked in the mods menu). but when I start my game, NEI doesn't show up in the crafting menu (E key) or anywhere else. I have used the exact same setup on windows (I am playing it off a thumb-drive), and it works there. I am aware of library issues when using minecraft on multiple systems, and have downloaded them all. other than this, minecraft works normally.here is my ForgeModLoader-client-0.loghttp://pastebin.com/PULy3SHmsorry if this has been answered elsewhere, or if this is the wrong place to post this question.if you need any more information I will get it.any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Sometimes when I'm on my server, NEI acts like I'm pressing left control when I'm not, and when I attempt to move an item, it fills the stack instead. Pressing left control fixes it, but it always happens again. I don't know why it happens. It never happens in Singleplayer.

Hey there. I'm not sure if this has been discussed anywhere, but I'm running the 1.5.2 version of Translocators and it doesnt have that neat effect when transferring between inventories. It's just a little pipe that comes out of it. I could have sworn when it was released it had that little animation.

Do you have the scala-lib? And is it a zip file? It should be a jar.

My computer turned itself off earlier today (I think it was too hot or something) while I was playing Feed The beast (ultimate pack) and just now I hopped onto my world only to find every chunk in my base containing an ender chest of tank (most of them) deleted and reset. This however was not the first time this has happened, I lost my base on my first world (Mindcrack pack) to this same glitch.

So if you do not want your base deleted do not use ender tanks or chests.

A couple others have reported to nothing of the sort happening, so EL_Kurto's case may be exceptional. Anyone have any idea what may have caused this bug or how to prevent it?

EDIT: It seems a bit more detail on the glitch has been described. I've no idea why he didn't say this before, but

Load up your world, stand near your enderchests/tanks, unplug your computer, plug your computer back in then hop back onto your world to find your base gone.

It seems forcing Minecraft to close while a chunk with an Ender Chest is loaded might be the problem?

You might want to update CodeChickenCore. That's my best guess, there appears to be a discrepancy between your version of CCC and one of CB's mods.

You also need to download 'ChickenCodeCore' for it to function. Simply place both jar files in your 'mods' folder in your .minecraft

Just put the .jar you downloaded into *Your Username*/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods/. Make sure you install CodeChickenCore first.

Unless they changed installation back to coremods without me knowing.

Hey chicken any idea whats up with this error? Getting an NPE with what appears to be a microblock? Minecraft crashes on the Mojang screen and can't make it to main menu.
