After installing this mod I get a hang on the mojang logo screen. No errors in the log files.
I of course installed SinglePlayerCommands and WorldEdit and verified that they were working (yep) before installing this mod. I used the version of WorldEdit included in your download and the latest SPC.
Is this perhaps not compatible with ForgeModLoader, or Optifine? This is on 1.2.5 by the way and here's a list of mods/versions:

Update: Found that when zombe mods are enabled, WECUI breaks. I have changed the load order and it makes no difference, when zombe is loaded, CUI no longer works.

Fresh set of eyes here. I just downloaded and installed the latest versions of everything just now:
They all seem to work together (finally). However, when I add CUI, kaplunk. It just freezes up when I try to enter the game. This is the last piece of my client mod nirvana and I'm pulling for ya

The change notes for build 1211 talk about CUI messages, but it looks like that build failed so I'm not sure it can even be used, let alone if it fixes anything.
Remember that this is the server's WorldEdit.jar that needs updating, not the client's. Are you absolutely certain that the latest build is actually running? Try typing "/worldedit ver" into the chat to see what version you're running.
I am 100% positive - I am using the latest WorldEdit from the build.sk89q.com repo.
But ForgeModLoader is backwards compatible with ModLoader. A lot of mods "require ModLoader" yet they work perfectly with ForgeModLoader.
"backwards compatible" with a mod that is still in development? wrong, don't assume this. they're just bootstrapping modloader functions into it, that may or may not be complete, so that people are willing to use forge over risu's mod. they're not actually working together and there is no guarantee. so if the mod says modloader, you use modloader, or don't expect it to work properly. there are most definitely modloader mods that will not work in forge, and probably won't until they figure out their own methods to incorporate those functions, I've wasted enough time on this to know. there is good reason that everybody doesn't just drop what they're doing to use fml instead.
Yeah, I never used SPC simply because it is easier to run a localhost Bukkit server with WorldEdit, as well as WorldGuard, Falsebook, and other plugins as well. (I never did like playing in SSP anyways, should I want friends to join me on a private map.)
Deselecting an area isn't really a big deal, as I can just right and left click a single block elsewhere, it's just inconvenient.

I can run a server with minecrafts default server.
But with bukket it always says another server is running and thus wont run. The ports open, and free. It should run fine.. shoot default can run fine with it. But Bukket wont. (and no not running them at the same time)

Strike that, misread the error, thought it was a META-INF error. Are you sure you're using the latest version of ModLoader? It appears to be a mismatch between the version of ML that I used and that you're using.
Will this work on LAN mode when I am playing with another person? Or do I need single player commands still? I'm fairly new to mods even though I've been playing for 10 months. I don't know much about how they both work.
Also, when I get the mod, how do I learn how to use it? Is ther some sort of guide or anything?

World Edit, as on the server (if online) and in the client of fashions (locally) is necessary
i've tried this again and again. i have followed your instructions to the letter. it doesnt show ANYTHING when i select points in world edit. other than the usual messages that show. whats going on?
