Hello! I love this mod but ive got a problem because i cant hit or damage my creations and they wont attack me even though i putt the setting on Attack when Attacked Please some one help! #??????
Make sure they aren't on a "Friendly" Faction. Change it to a Neutral or Hostile faction. Also, if you want to "talk" to a NPC, make sure they are on a Friendly faction.
Hey noppes.
You turned down most of my other ideas, and I expect you will do the same now.
But still.
The idea of an RPG element could be so easy, if.
If.
This may or may not be possible,
But how about a new block.
When powered by redstone, it allows you to control an npc until you power the block again.
Think about the possibilities, players can pick classes and go on special missions, it could open up so many possibilities!
A Mage, an npc set with a spell, right clicking casts it with the specified cool down, level up? Go over the block and switch to a stronger version, it may not be possible to do, as the code will probably have to be rewritten or something, but it would be so cool.
That would actually be VERY useful for puzzle maps. But, I do not see how Noppes would code this.
could you add an option to damage the player when they select a certain dialoge, like in an interigation, wrong answer, hits you or have a slap fight with an npc (lol that'd be funny)

If you require aid with Custom NPC's give me a shout (In the thread, not PM's). I can read a bit of error reports, know most of the NPC workings (I'm attempting to work on scripting) and have been using it since its 1.0 version. Otherwise I'll help with any questions or problems I can.
could it be possible have an npc set to respawn after a quest is complete?

One question though, Would it be possible to add 4 slots to the trading guy?
Like you can trade 4 different items for one. The way I have some things set up it would be nice to trade (as an example) 1 wood coin, 1 iron coin and say 2 diamond coins for X item.
Can you make it so bards can play sounds when a player interacts with them and only that player can hear it when they interact, but other players can come and interact with the NPC and hear it themselves? Also, a secondary suggestion I have is to make it so bards can have a list of sounds that they randomly play each time they are activated. (whether that means coming within range of them or interacting with them if you make my other suggestion) This would be awesome for my RPG adventure map/server (I don't know which yet) so NPCs can say a small phrase like they do in a game like World of Warcraft whenever someone interacts with them.
when erver i die as the host of a lan game by an npcs i get this
Minecraft has crashed!

I don't know wether or not this is just my client doing this, but whenever I have an npc hold an item in it's right hand, it shows up completely black, the left hand is fine.
found another bug, connected to a lan game npcs somtimes disapear randomly, seen and interacted with by others by not by whoever they disapeared from

when you place blood blocks or what ever they are, they can be place off of one-other and make invisiable blocks that get in the way of doing other stuff

Hey i have one reequest for the Quest GUI. Could you make it not in the inventory, but accessable with a button?
The thing is that this quest GUI conflicts with the Pixelmon GUI, causing intense lag.
Thanks!

Includes all GUI elements, both blocks, all icons, and most armour skins:
(I left the anvil item as the workbench for now, and I did quick edits to make the army armour icons)
Credits for items are included in the file.

Nicely done. I'm still working my way through my Gerudoku sheet.

I'm having that some problem as well

Thanks!
i have a suggestion
Can you make a block to change/delete the record of specific quest/dialog when received a redstone signal?
Since there is no method to delete the record without npc wand.
And if there is a such block, repeatable chain quest is possible.
thanks a lot!!!
