Great mod but I think it could be better if you add:
-Buffs
-Specials
-More roles
Buff: Just like potions for your character, the NPC will be enabled to increase infliction or potential by buffs. The following buffs can be added:
-Regeneration: The NPC gains 1 Hp per 2 seconds. That makes it hard to kill.
-Dodge: 50% chance to dodge attacks.
-Poison: Can poison you causing 1 heart of damage per 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
-Burn: Every attack the NPC does, it inflicts fire damage.
-Slowness: The NPC causes slowing damage making you vulnerable to everything around you for 5 seconds each attack. MAX: 10 seconds.
-Teleportation: Every once in a while, the NPC will teleport behind the opponent and attack from behind.
-Critical: It has (X) % chance to cause a critical strike.
-ETC.
Special: Specials will include random special attacks it does once in a while. Some are:
-Fireball: It flees back to 5+ Range and shoots a fireball causing 3 hearts of damage and fire damage.
-Quick attack: The NPC runs through you 3 times causing 2 hearts of damage each.
-Clone: The NPC clones itself 3 times but each clone has 3 HP and 5 Strength.
-Blinding light: Blinds the opponent for 2 seconds causing them to not see anything.
-Shield: Immune to damage for 3 seconds.
-Smash: Jump up and smash on the ground creating a crater.
-Rain of Arrows: Shoot 25 (arrow variables) into the sky and make them rain on the enemy causing 1 damage each.
-Charge: Flee back 5+ range then charge at the player punching 5 times causing 1 damage each.
-Heal: Cause 5 Hearts of healing over a period of 3 seconds.
More roles:
-Archer: Stay in one place but shoot arrows at hostile NPCs or Players
-Transporter *Fix*: Fix it so when you select :"Must find to get" creative doesn't count because apparently, I just made it and it says: Found!
-Cowarding Archer: When shooting, If the enemy is near it, the NPC starts to flee.

hey noppes. I have a questin. I looked threw most all the messages on here the faq and even took appart the mod files to try and find it. But I can't find the textures of the editer or the cloner. I would like to make them look like wands but I just can't find the textures. can you or someone tell me where they are?
Does Improved AI means that they can open doors? Because I really want my NPC to open doors. And I hope that you can switch this on and of! Please add it Noppes. I love your mods!
He did something so a normal hoe and axe looks like the wands but he did just make them more red. So if you have a texturepack you will notice it.
That is why I want to change them. I have used this texture pack from day one and I all ways retexture things from mods to fit it. I want to rexture them so the fit the pack.

The wand and cloner are the iron hoe and axe. I just gave them a color with code. They use the ingame textures.

Hi noppes , i was wondering if you could add NPC's ability to use items (like you right click with items). This could be used for stuff like flint&steel or other sorts of stuff. I'd really love this feature because I'm making a pokemon adventure map with this mod and the Pokécube mod, and this would then allow me to place trainers who throw pokéballs.
Not possible all items expect players to use them. Id have to make each item work by manually making them work case by case.

Few questions about the coming update:
1. Doesn't this new inv system mean they have less slots??
2. How does the new inv work? I take that xp is the xp they drop? or give?
3. What does the new AI all do? Besides doors?
4. Does the update make it so my npc's disapear/break/get deleted?
1) Yup it will go from 15 to 8
2) It will be a random number between your min and max and will be dropped
3) Better path finding
4) Some items in the inventories might be removed other than that no
