I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, I'm not going to look through the 1,267 pages of forum here, but when I try to use the editor in the scripting gui, I can use it fine but when I close the window it freezes the game with no return and it starts hogging over 5 GB of RAM. Eventually I just have to open task manager. Am i missing something because I only have the mod and the JavaScript.
I want to create two factions fighting each other, but also attack me.
I still have Aggressive, Neutral and Friendly. However I created "Thief" and "Centaur". I want the "Thief" and "Centaur" to attack each other and the "Thief" to attack me.
I set the "Thief" to attack "Friendly" and "Neutral" (I'm not sure what a player is by default) but somehow they don't attack me

However, I got one more problem: I can't seem to get hurt by ranged attacks for some reason
When I give the Npc a weapon, it does attack me, but when I give it a bow and arrow it shoots at me, but it seems to go through me (I tried changing the chance to %100 of it hiting me, and still nothing).
It seems to shoot and kill other Npcs I created that are opposing factions, but when it shoots at me my health doesn't go down and I was in survival mode.
Please tell me there is a way to make DivineRPG mobs or mobs overall from other mods attack my NPCs? I don't understand the natural spawn and despawn thing so I can't make my own mobs, and even if I could I doubt I'll be able to make cool mobs like DivineRPG... Any ideas? By the way my NPCs do attack other mods mobs but they don't attack back which is a shame. I'm running version 1.7.10 Minecraft.
i wish we could have a attack mechanic like the Attacks from "Shulker". That there is a ranged option for "Attack likes Shulker" "Detroyable projectile" or like "Guardians" with the "laser attack" like u can configurate the "time" for the laser, the effect whilest and after the target was hit.
My game crashes everytime I try to use the musket and wizard staves from this mod, or its used to be items, now called "Varied Commodities" or something. Why?
So is there any reason to why NPC ranged until close option is gone in 1.12.2?? It's super annoying having guards being agro forever just standing there not doing anything cause they can't reach him, having only ranged guards is boring...
Edit: Nevermind, seems to have moved to "melee range" in ranged options.
Why do my NPCs get deleted upon Multiplayer Server Restart? I have tried searching the web but find no solution to the problem. (Unless I am using the wrong terms) Is anyone able to help?
For some reason, the Spawner job dosen't work, I select an NPC saved in the Cloner and click done but it dosen't show up on the NPC spawner slot I chose... Instead is seems to spawn a random generic new npc?
Does Noppes give two cents about what we're saying here or are we just wasting our time? I don't understand why the npcs can have shields, it literally serves no purpose, it's even worse that the player can use a shield perfectly fine however not the shields from this mod since they are just useless, they can block one hit the it's on cool down forever. This all makes shields really uh... Unpolished?
Im playing on the 1.7.10 version and I have a problem. Any npc that I try to give a player skin, for example my own, looks like a Steve. There is no skin that the npc can use and they all look like steves. Im trying to do sketches for my Youtube channel but it wont really help if the npc looks like a Steve. Could you help me?

Hey, maybe try enabling despawn naturally for your NPCs? I believe they respawn when you get near.

I realized that anti-lag plugins delete NPCs when they clear mobs.
