Hi! I've been trying to use the mailman role to send a letter to someone on my server, but every time I try I just get the message "unknown username". She can send letters to me and I can send letters to me, but for some reason I can't send them to her. Is there a way to fix it, and if so how do I go about that?

I'm sometimes experiencing the same issue.
Similarly I have sometimes username recognition problems in killquests. The quest doesn't recognize the Entity with a specific name being neutralized.
But sometime it works perfectly
Another issue:
It seems that the builder block does not take rotation into account when building.
The preview is correctly rotated. But the endproduct is not. This happens everytime.

How do I add the mod version without the blinking eyes and other animations? because no matter what i did to the mod i downloaded, none of my custom skins work except for one(but that barely works either). Like for example can i just add custom npcs without animations like blinking eyes and customizable eyes, etc. making it look like it came from minecraft story mode or something like that? if not then i can't play this mod then, i was so hyped to create adventure with some of my OCs made into MC skins. and now it upsets me that i can't play this mod because of all animation stuff getting in the way of my custom skins.

the eyes are in display->model->eyes and you turn them off there. the customnpcs config file has an option to disable them being on by default

En un mundo de minecraft con varios mod, hemos detectado yo y unos amigos que los hornos no funden varios elementos a la vez. Si coloco 2 menas de hierro, se fundirá una y se apagará el horno, y hasta que no quite el lingote de hierro que ha generado, no comenzará la siguiente. Tras poner y quitar mods hemos detectado que el error es exclusivo del mod CustomNPCs. No se si es un bug o una configuración de algún tipo.
¿Alguno sabéis algo? Gracias por toda la ayuda que podáis!!!!
Can you make it possible that the trader npc has a chance he gives the traded item? Just like in the item drop chance in the inventory tab.
My idea was to make a npc that upgrades your items but with a chance to fail. If it fails the item(s) the player give would be destroyed. Cherry on top the npc would say something like "I failed upgrading your item".
Anyone has an idea how to make it work? I am a very very novice coder, not sure if this even possible with scripts!

I have encountered that whenever i use the mod .the Mod succesfully works however it seems to miss all the items like blood,weapons,armors and stuff.There is ony the npc tools and the mailboxes there.Im using 1.12 (1.Okt19) Did sth change or is that a bug ?
Hello everyone, I am hoping to get some help with an interesting problem.
No npc I have or can create will display their lines (world/interact/kill/npc/...) in either chat or in their bubbles.
The Lines still exist and dialogue functions normally, it is just their display that is missing.
Does 1.12.2 have special commands for toggling line appearance? Is this a bug?
I am running this through curse-forge. Again, this has nothing to do with dialogue only lines.

I'm trying to make aquatic NPCs, but there doesn't seem to be a way to increase their swim speed. Anyone know how?

The world stored data is then stored inside world.json in worldname/customnpcs/scripting. Those valiea are global and can be called upon by anything
Hello, I had a few performances issues with my server using CustomNPC.
I don't know if this is the mod itself or something else.
But every time I had like 4 npcs on my server, the server had tons of lags with messages flooding the console "Can't keep up !"

That's beacuse all the items, weapons etc. is now a separate mod called Varied Commodities
