Wouldnt say mess up, you will have reset npcs to stand still/ wander/ sit and lie down and their offsets. Thats about it for now. Ill be sure to release a test version before I do a full update.

Only reason im asking here is the websites "changelog" pag doesn't seem to be up-to-date with the mod (might just be my computer) So yeah and if someone could tell me what else is new. Cheers

This should work perfectly in combination with CustomNPC's for spawning monster groups in combinations and in limited numbers suited to adventure rather than constant-spawning-just-one-mob old minecraft style. I doubt you could spawn NPC's with it though.
Noppes - i'm wondering if by using something like this to spawn pre-cloned NPC's whether this would get around the problem of cutting and pasting NPC's and structures from world to world? For example, I'd dearly like to be able to craft a market square, along with its inhabitant CustomNPC market traders and be able to cut into whatever world i'm constructing at the time. Or even spawn it randomly through the RUINS mod?
If it allows for nbt changing it might be possible otherwise not. Npcs remember where you spawned them because thats where they run back to or wander around at.

I dunno what changelog you are looking at, but mine is fully up to date.

not sure if said or not, but when you have a redstone block and or dialogue set to activate/show after you complete a quest, it activates/shows up when the quest is started instead
No, swords and armor with or without enchantments will always be a visual thing only.
the changelog has updated now, maybe just a slow update time to wherever

Holy crap. I had made a suggestion for something like this for the vanilla game not knowing that a mod with even more detail had already been made. Bravo, sir. Bravo!

I have an idea for us that dont want to make our own npc's can you please make a variant of this mod that randomly adds premade custom npc's like wandering markets, bandits, assassins, giants, friendly and non friendly npc's when starting a new world and have them have the ability to respawn around the world at certain times? It would make the minecraft world so much more active and alive and it would be soooo much better then millenaire, also if it were compatible with more enchantments mod for the item drops and atomicstrykers infernal mobs for boss fights, it would become the best rpg mod ever made... hope you get time to read all that, I'm just really excited at the prospect because its what I've been looking for for my single player minecraft game, and you've basically already done everything but that with this mod.

I use Dokucraft texture pack x32 and install the dokucraft x32 for custom npcs but the textures are bug.
I already install optifine.
Bug all items.

That is not my problem and I believe 1.5 will support all texture sizes, so it wont be a problem when that comes out.
I dont want them to work on purpose. Everything enchantments can do and much more will be added when more attack variations is added.
