I have started the work on a "money mod" for minecraft
it will feature three different kinds of coins

- bronze coin 1
- silver coin 5
- cold coin 25

and three bills

- green bill 100
- yellow bill 500
- blue bill 2000

everything can be exchanged on a crafting table

im am done with the client version, even though it is totaly useless. it will be out soon.
the server-version is on its way!
i am happy for any kind of suport and sugestions.

TBH, I would actually install this mod for SP. As long as you could convert items into money. It would help set a goal for a Let's Play.

i could do that.
but then comes the question of value. what is 1GP worth?

Values (these aren't perfect but its what I came up with off the top of my head):

8 dirt = 1 Bronze Coin
8 Cobble stone = 1 Silver Coin
8 Coal = 3 Silver Coin
8 Iron Ore = 1 Gold Coins
8 iron ingots = 3 Gold Coins
8 gold ore = 5 Gold Coins
8 gold ingots = 7 Gold Coins
1 Diamond = 3 Green Bills
8 diamond = 6 Yellow Bills(The reason this would be drasticaly more is because it takes time to save up for 8 diamond.)
8 Obsidian = 1 Yellow Bill(This isn't as much as diamonds, because although you do need diamonds to get it it isnt as rare.)

Why not make it a plugin? so if u join the server its already implemented? i think :ohmy.gif:
