Basically its a conflict with some mod that changes something in the .minecraft folder that messes it up (i dont know what yet ill probably look into that later
But bottom line Delete your .minecraft file and re-install minecraft then re-install the mod and your golden. hope this works for u guys like it did for me :laugh.gif:
Sry this still doesn't work for me. I did everything that you said and when I talk to the blacksmith it freezes up. What can I do? If I don't get this fixed I feel like it could be a major problem.
As someone who has played millenaire for a long time I must say this is a pretty amazing mod. The buildings are amazing, the GUI is quite nice, and the immersion is insane.
After many hours of play, including sacking 2 dungeons (I LOVE the fact that dungeons are now incredibly rewarding!) tons of cave exploring, and many nights of fighting mobs (I've used almost half a diamond sword), I am finally a KING! Time to go build a city!
Some statistics
Total wealth: 57,333 gold coins
Total Playtime to get to king: 4 hours
Total Damage Dealt: 7,275
Total Deaths: 1
Also, some suggestions for the future (1.9)
I had the idea for two new buildings, the Potion Shop and a Mage guild.
The potion shop would sell you the ingredients that are required to make potions
(Spider Eyes, glowstone dust, redstone dust, nether wart, blaze powder, ghast tears, magma cream)
although at very high prices. And perhaps the Mage would enchant an item for you at the cost of a lot of gold.
This is a great mod! truly worth the downloading!
But one small thing, or actually 2: learn hunters to fight creepers(R.I.P, Hunter Steve), and maybe you could make the xp(?) needed for your own kingdom/the builder a bit lower, just a bit.
You deserve more than this: * gives infinite blocks*
You need to add a few torches inside of the buildings (especially the item shop top room). It seems like every time i go there the torch i put up there is gone and i hear growling of zombies and endermen. TY!!! Loven the mod
Can't wait to install this!! It should bring some much needed fun back to my game :tongue.gif: I start elaborate builds or building of cities and then realize ... why am I doing this? no one's going to see it lol so it gives me something to do now. Thanks so much!

I keep getting this error (Using the minecraft debug error test thing.bat doohicky) whenever I start a new town. I am using a very heavily modded minecraft, and was hoping you'd be able to point me in the direction of what's causing the crash. I'm using the Technic pack 4.4.0, mostly a full install minus a few environmental mods and millenaire. :tongue.gif:

Its your kingdom to protect :tongue.gif: I made the lighting for the guild good enough as well as auto killing the creepers there but your kingdom is your responsibilities. If there is a broken building, go ask the builder to fix it!

I am sorry to say this to you but my mod doesn't touch any classfiles so I can't help you.

Anyways, I added a mage area/potionshop in tier 3. I need suggestions on this and also I need suggestions for the chapel (there is a chapel on tier 3) I am still figuring out a good function for the chapel. At least for the mage/area, enchanting and potions will occur in 1.9

More specifically, I installed this mod after equivelent exchange (along with TMI, CJB mods, and SPC) and after I spawned and pressed the button that came up about your destiny, it crashed. I hope they are compatible because it would help with resource gathering!
A nice idea for a building is a bank? where you can put in money and the money from the taxes comes there
You see I can't really see the use of a bank unless you die and lose coins.
About dying and losing coins, I can't make the mod know that the player died unless I modify the entityplayer classfile. Which is I am trying to prevent.
So yeah, but I do need an idea for the two buildings I mentioned especially the chapel.

The crash is probably an error where you extract the contents of the zip file to the bin. If you extracted it in the bin, you done it wrong. Follow instructions again.
