I loaded my save and all of the blocks rendered invisible; all you can see are entities (mobs and stuff) and the void.
You are the only person to report this problem so far. I can neither confirm nor deny that it was my mod's fault. Try reinstalling all the mods, one by one, until it bugs out again. Then, perhaps, I can help you.
It would be helpful if you renamed your topic for new updates instead of creating a new topic every time.
This is the original Cannon Mod SMP update topic. For the last 2 updates, I have used the same topic. Version 1.6 was managed by another user, therefore I created my own topic for future updates to the project.
I've got another great idea for an addition to the mod, I'll throw together a rough draft soon. School keeps me pretty busy, so expect a considerable delay.
I've added a poll to this topic. Tell me if you think I should wait for Minecraft 1.8 before updating this mod, or if I should update it regardless.
Since the "Leaked" version is out, update it to 1.8 now!
Edit: I'm stupid, just like the name implies. :tongue.gif:
That would be a waste of time because you would have to
update it when the full 1.8 comes out.
Out of curiosity, which base classes did you have to modify in order to get the creeper gas nozzle to work?
Just the gas nozzle? If I recall correctly, it was:
Block.java (Registered the block)
TileEntity.java (Registered the tile entity)
RenderGlobal.java (Registered the green particle)
If you're curious about the gas cylinder, I believe it was:
Item.java (Registered the item)
EntityCreeper.java (Added gas-extraction code)
If you're thinking that only including those classes will only include the gas nozzle block, you're actually wrong. Block.java, for example, references all the other blocks in my mod. Your game would crash if you tried it.
I have a idea that would fit in well with this mod:
Shield Doors, like the ones in Halo Reach: You'd Craft 'em with a Shield Generator and a Iron door, and you;d get a door that will act like a Force Field when Mobs touch it.
Perhaps a Blastdoor as well? A door Block that would be only activatable via a remote or some sorta keyard?
BTW, if you could add in a way to make the Force Field push water and Lava away, I'd love ya: Industrialcraft 2.0 doesn't work with Wireless Redstone, Mo Creatures,Planes, and this installed all at once, and I miss being able to have "collapsible" underwater bases

I can only update my mod as quickly as Ocean Labs can update MCP.
Anyway, I coded a Mob Magnet draft, and it works pretty well.
I'll look into remaking this mod on top of ModLoader, that should clear up most (if not all) compatibility issues.
