What it Does:
I've often found that whenever I need a certain animal, they just don't seem to show up.
So, I've made this mod for people, who wish to acquire a large amount of animal product by breeding them.
So, without further ado, here is what it does:
It adds two new Items to the game: A "Mounter" and a "RoundUp"(stick).
If you have tamed an animal, you can use the Mounter to sit on it.
You keep your Mounter, but it's damage increases. Until it eventually breaks
While you are sitting on the animal, you can control its movements... But they are a bit buggy... :blink.gif:
With the RoundUp(Stick) you can get certain animals to follow you. This way, you can lead them into a pen without pushing them everywhere.
To tame a sheep, cow or pig, feed them wheat.
To tame a chicken, feed them seeds.
Once they are tamed, you can feed them their corresponding item to heal them.
Right click on them to open up a GUI, where you can un tame them, or stop every animal in the world (which is tamed) from breeding.
It also tells you how many seconds left until it tries to "mate" with another animal (if it can find one).
Tamed animals do not despawn.
Sheep's wool grows back, but changes colour.
And that's about it. Just keep tamed animals together, and they will breed.
Conflicts:
This mod will conflict with the following classes: EntityPig, EntityChicken, EntityCow, EntitySheep.
If your not a coder, don't worry about it ^
How to install it:
I will only write a tutorial for windows, 'cause I have absolutely NO idea how to do it on a mac. This tutorial applies for Linux as well.(If you use Linux you should probably already know how to to this anyway)
Anyway:
Download My Mod
Extract The Files from their zip containers.
Hit run (*Windows + R* or search run)
Type "%appdata%" without quotation marks.
Hit enter and open the .minecraft folder.
Go into the Bin folder
Open up the minecraft.jar with 7zip or Winrar etc
Copy the file(s)(.class files) you downloaded straight into the .jar
Delete the META-INF folder
Run Minecraft.
