That depends, what kind of mods you want in the game? I have a whole list of awesome mods that I could send you. Just let me know what you're looking for
1. You did not bother using Google.
2. Marglyph said that he will not let his mod be in any modpacks.
3. You need permission from all the mod makers to release it. As in PMing them and personally asking permission. And judging by your grammar and spelling, my guess is that they won't unless you clean up your act.
4. I'm amused at how you failed to spell 'pack'.
