Edit: Looks like it's only for windows but there's a older version for Debian
There is source code, so I can compile the latest version. I will do this if I will manage to.
(Manage to use it, not compile)
Edit: Damn. Ubuntu repositories contain this package.
Edit2: Cool.
Never for 1.5, ASAP for 1.5.1. Because 1.5.1 will be released on this week, and I don't want to update the mod twice.

So you mean that Ubuntu Store thing had that program
Anywho, Have you figured out how to use this?
I don't understand why mojang don't support that already
Code cleanup? They are obviously trying to simplify the code, like every developer does. If they will not do that, they will eventually get lost in it.

My UA on laptop: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 SeaMonkey/2.24 Lightning/2.9b1; I use Ubuntu 13.10 here.
And on desktop: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0; Here I use openSUSE 12.2.
Good idea waiting 'til 1.5.1 to update, right now 1.5 is just a buggy mess lol.
I'm looking forward to being able to use the SSP 'mod' again, man the lan-less days were frameful.

I'm waiting not because of bugs (As with 1.3 and 1.4, SSP will probably fix most of them), but because I don't want to update mod twice in few days.
This is most certainly going to be a stupid question, but the latest development version is not built for 1.5, isn't it? (Shame on me if I miss the obvious)
It is not.

Huh? http://mojang.com
The top article is "What is Minecraft Realms anyway?", the one before it is "Minecraft 1.5.1 Pre-release".
And the pre-release one says that they already re-uploaded it once. So they may do that again.
mojang.com isn't always updated when they release. mcupdate.tumblr.com is better source.
Yep, I already see that after I did force update.
Updating... However, it will take more time this time, since I'm moving to fernflower-decompiled code.
Also.
It looks like it will be possible to replace texture without modifying the BlockGrass, just with reflection.
Anyway, that seems to be very good for the textures module.

Hey everyone, I'm back!
Yep, I'm waiting for the recordMyDesktop to encode the video. After that I will crop it and upload on youtube.
Hey everyone, I'm back!
And
But I think I will redo it, as the quality is bad and I discovered some things already after recording it.
I don't understand why mojang don't support that already
