Also the sprites for the lava pickaxes have different names. I compared to the showvels and the shovels sticks where different.
I fixed the problem, but forgot to put it in the file I uploaded. The problem was that I forgot the lava/diamond combo, so every pickaxe was off by one sprite with the lava/lava one not having one at all. It's definitely been fixed now; feel free to grab a fresh Infitools.
Nicee! What if you could make it even more customizable? Like having the paper stick and 2 slimes to make like a slime paper sword and such.
You can already put two slime crystals on top of a paper stick to make a slime sword with a paper handle. There isn't 120 combinations of materials like that for nothing. XD
Were you talking about combining the paper and slime materials themselves? I was considering that, and maybe throwing some more materials into the mix that don't make sense on their own. Lava/ice is still a bad combo, so it'll be a bit limited like it is now, but not terribly so. Iron/gold would be a really good one, as would the slime/paper combo.
I have a suggestion...what about torches made of different materials too? Just a thought Mdiyo.
I'll consider it. Unfortunately, until I either design an infinite terrain sprite api or can get my hands on one it's out of the question. There's enough blocks floating around as-is, and I don't want to either do something that makes minecraft lag (the current re-bind workaround) or runs people out of block sprites.
I don't really want to say no to the idea though. It's definitely interesting :tongue.gif:

Yeah so that may not be the best idea. Your objection to it makes sense. What about a whole variety of spears?
Spears I can do. The lack of attacking options in the vanilla tools bothers me anyway. You'll probably get more range for less damage out of it; should be helpful against creepers and skeletons, not so much on zombies.
On that note, any other ideas for combat or tools in general?
I tried several times, doesn't work. I tried using a clean jar, just modloader, scottools, itemsprite and infitools, and I drag n' dropped all of them. Help?

Odd. My best guess is that you're using an outdated version of java, but I'm not really sure. Go grab an update over at http://www.java.com/en/download/ and come back if it's still causing you problems.
Well, I guess I could turn down the mining speed of the slime tools even more. They're actually the slowest tools in the whole game right now; a little more wouldn't hurt. Heck, they're even slower than wooden tools. Now they mine at exactly the same speed as if you were punching them, maybe even slower.

Do not do that...then you may not even as well have slime tools. Damn man!!!
I updated java to the latest version, and I got the same error message:

After a bit of research, it's definitely that I'm using a newer version of java than you have. I thought MCP was compiling against java 6.24, but I guess not. Go grab a copy of Java 7 over at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html, since it's finally out to the public, and then tell me if you have any issues.

I downloaded it last. I downloaded Modloader -> ScotTools -> ItemSprite -> Infitools.
I mean did you download the infitools a few minutes ago..this morning...or last night from the infitools forum post?
