It would take better advantage of the 3d environment that minecraft has instead of just sitting there static.

But the 3d environments play no role in how the battle plays out. I think since this is minecraft your pokemon should be able to move around the environment in real time while still battling.

My minecraft isn't crashing but all I can get is a black screen. I installed it right and Meta is gone. Idk what wrong. It's won't bring up the Mojang screen or anything.

I have some amazing ideas.
One, when you enter the battle it should have the battle theme song start,and the battle theme loop throughout the battle. A hud should be there, and when you select on option with the mouse it should make the same beep it would in the original pokemon. There should be WILD GRASS to hunt and train pokemon, and whoever is creating the generation one map should also include all the triggers, all the npc's, all the pokemon locations and such. It would take a while, but who the **** DOESN'T WANT TO BEAT POKEMON RED AND BLUE IN MINECRAFT?!?!!!??!!?!? UGH THIS IS SO JIZZ

Battles should be turn based, the battle transition from the original minecraft game into the battle should be a random of the five original battle transitions, and not only this, but there should be different pokeballs, NO master balls, (shops and pokecenters should exist with collaboration of the currency mod?), there andofjrhohyfo3h4 of3o4vo3gt I'm typing everything I'm brainstorming. Water should be found under oceans.
I dunno about lighting... maybe it forms during storms
OH, and then there should be one ore that is both sun and moon stone, but what u get from it depends on what time of day it is, THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i saw most of the stuff comming in .4 and i think this mod will be better then pokemon red and blue! im so excited!
one thing i dont like is how they changed the texture of the pokeball plus its huge in the .4 texture. srry fo complain =(

The texture will not be like that in the .4 update (Sea has said this).
oh really, i played the Advance version of firered which had sunstones.
there needs to be some hostile pokemon so that way you can train during the day without getting ur pokes murdered in a cave

That would be epic, in fact all of the rare and really awesome pokemobs should be in the nether to make them challenging to get
