the ghost creepers are probably the worst. I hastily slay one just before it blows up, I'm low health, and suddenly out pops a ghost creeper who explodes and kills me.
All part of the challenge! And all the TNT I can make with this gunpowder I can use to clear out my yard of all these spherical blobs!
This issue has been explained multiple times the poster is explaining that it is a forge issue and he can not do anything about it.
However, he is also not putting this information beside the download and he is cashing in on a non working product. Either way the clicks go to a good cause, but considering other mob spawning mods work with forge i couldn't explain why poster could not fix this.

I've also read that the mod loader version of this works properly. However there are no instructions for installing it. That additional information would also be helpful on the OP
I agree it's not about Forge, I have Elemental Creepers on my Forge server along with Fossil/Archeology and the Nautilus spawns naturally no problems, but the Creepers don't. It might be an id thing (as mentioned elsewhere) but that just means it is a problem with the mod not Forge.

The Mob Spawn Controls mod works great as a patch to this mod. It takes a little work to assign the creepers to biomes (which I edited directly in the configuration file generated by the mod) or you could just have them spawn everywhere, but once done it works both on my server and in single player. Since the config file is specific to each save folder, you can have different configurations for different worlds.

I have Elemental Creepers 2.5 installed on my forge 250 server, alongside Mystcraft and IC2. I can spawn the new creepers using creative mode eggs, but they've never once spawned naturally. None of the config files have been changed for any mods, and I'm not running any bukkit plugins. Any help?

Whaat. Weird. Why does this mod even need entity IDs? Are mobs entities? And why does it still allow me to manually spawn them? I'm thinking this error (which I'm not getting on my server) might be part of a different issue. They're just not ever naturally spawning for me.
3 out of 5 of the mods I play with are updated now I check here twice everyday 1 in the morning 2 after school or evening and I can't wait to get my favorite griefing mod back into my game to troll me again. Also good work and I hope its done before next weekend, which should be more then enough time for some minor updates to the creeps but still no rush it takes as long as you need to.
(I really hope you decide to add a new creeper sooner or later its so fun with all of the creeps in my game :))

I agree it's not about Forge, I have Elemental Creepers on my Forge server along with Fossil/Archeology and the Nautilus spawns naturally no problems, but the Creepers don't. It might be an id thing (as mentioned elsewhere) but that just means it is a problem with the mod not Forge.

For All: For this reason creepers of elemental creepers not spawn.

The Mob Spawn Controls mod works great as a patch to this mod. It takes a little work to assign the creepers to biomes (which I edited directly in the configuration file generated by the mod) or you could just have them spawn everywhere, but once done it works both on my server and in single player. Since the config file is specific to each save folder, you can have different configurations for different worlds.
