No next version sorry Koda stopped working on the mod because he's working on a other one but when he realease's the mod source you can put that in (java coding is needed)
should make it that u can combine colours so u have multi coloured guys that r like mediators between the groups that the colours r so they wont fight each other but will fight every1 else & if the multi colour guy has a crown then the 1 colour will revive the other colour, like a red & blue guy would stop red guys & blue guys fighting each other but if he had a crown then the red guys would use the clay 2 revive blue guys also & vise versa. also you could make it that if u give the multi colour guys sand they spawn more clay guys randomly of the diff colours they r.

I love this mod so much. And if you are going to make an update, I have few ideas for it. First of all, there should be a type where they can use arrows as spears and stuff. I also think that the king thing should be expanded a little bit. Maybe where he is build a little palace and make the king a little bit stronger in battle. You should also add in more types of houses they build. Have it like they actually use the house to prepare for battle or something. If you want some house ideas, PM me and I can send you some screen shots.

i was thinking about somethings that you should add like bones,they could act like sticks but they are less durable, give them tnt and they will become green like a creeper and explode but bigger than the gunpowder, build houses out of more materials than just wood, make them able to equip swords, and that is it

This mod looks amazing!
Here`s an idea: A new item that makes you become as small as the clay soldiers, but you do not become one of them, you become their size and you can fight as a clay soldier, just as if you were on their team (which you will be able to choose) you should be a little stronger than them, and you have the normal sight range. If that was added to the mod, it would make it really awesome, and you could still lead your army of clay soldiers as when small.
I just tried to install this and got the not enough item sprites error message. I believe that's what Forge is for, but you probably know that. I hope you add it sometime.

I like having lots and lots of mods...in fact, that's the game outside the game I've been playing lately using the early versions of mods that allow higher than 256 block IDs. :smile.gif:
I did move many mods around since and unexpectedly found the clay soldiers in TMI...it's possible I posted in the wrong thread, but it's been long enough ago that I don't recall now. Sorry if I made a mistake.

I did move many mods around since and unexpectedly found the clay soldiers in TMI...it's possible I posted in the wrong thread, but it's been long enough ago that I don't recall now. Sorry if I made a mistake.
Well it depends how you count. If you use modloader.cfg you'll get a lot higher count because it will leave unloaded mods in there and some mods are multiple mods merged like ropes plus and show as several. So by counting all the files in /mods and those installed in the jar with MCPatcher I have 72. But, I'm getting an error when I place a block and believe I have to uninstall IC2 and all its addons or 4096IDs + IDResolver and lose all those extra blockIDs. I still have tons of block IDs so I'm looking around trying to decide what to do lol.
Anyway that has nothing to do with this fun looking mod...can't wait to try it.

Edit: Fixed the block placement error by rolling back forge 1.2.3=>1.2.2, RP2pr4b=>RP2pr4, IC2 1.4.3=>1.4.2

yet it does not require modloader it is still compatible with it so you have this mod and the mini miner mod together
