Great Work on the Mod Koda! I love it! Hours of fun. I even Made An Arena for them! Also, i have a couple of things to Mention, I found a small bug, if you give them redstone, and break them, i found if i gave 1 soldier 1 redstone, i'd break him and get 2 redstone back, Only sometimes though. And i think if you give them feathers, they should jump higher, or float or something. that would be cool. Overall though, great work. I hope to see more updates in the future.
Edit: Also, If i try to use this mod with Optifine 1.7.3 I just get a black screen, and yes, i used mod loader, deleted META-INF, and i even tried mod loaderMP. still didnt work. :mellow.gif:
I have some suggestions i will try to put them in two categotries reasonable and unreasonable.
Have tiered weapons like stick iron stick and diamond stick you can use the same model just difference in texture damage and durabilaty.
Alternate horses like gravel and sand horses whith special abilaties.
A cavalry specific attack like a lance charge with a bonus against infantry.
A sort of rock paper scissers system like cavalry beats infantry infantry beats slingers slingers beat cavalry
A weapon upgrade for gravel chuckers like a piece of string is a sling.
A slinger critical hit chance like him throwin flin instead of a pebble.
Add sand and brick soldiers sand like light and runs fast but takes more damage brick like the reverse slow but takes less damage
Give an explosive soldier sand and he throws tiny tnt.
Different classes like assasin who just targets enemey leader or medic who can hold more food or thief who steal enemy supplies
or say smiths who can repare items at a clay soldier built building or maybe even diplomats who trade and make allies with other colors.
A form of water transport.
A way to make ones carrying redstone electrified so you can burn other units.
These are just some ideas i dont expect them to be implemented but i would appreciate some feed back on what people do and dont like.

[QUESTION] Do you need to have a clean .jar file before installing it?
So no TooManyItems and SinglePlayerCommands and stuff or can you just drag and drop the files from the ModLoader and the ClaySoldiersMods?

I have a small problem cause when I try to give my claymen wood to build they just seem to not pick them up. I have done everything free space and no other coloured claymen around and they still don't pick them up. I just want to know how to make them build.
Good Idea: They should hold torches during the night and maybe they build a siege tower during sieges.

Hey, make sure that you are using logs and not planks and also make sue that you have between 5-20 in the stack. hope that helps

I was playing around with them the other day and found that a few had managed to get into some of my minecarts. They look just like players sitting, but smaller, and this got me thinking.
New item: Miniature Tank. Crafted with one minecart and a redstone torch on top with a lever on the left and right. When it is placed, the hatch is open. When a clayman steps inside the same way it would mount a horse, the hatch is closed and a flag is raised corresponding to its color. It can move around without rails, and is very durable. It attacks by moving into enemy claymen, along with whatever the driver may be wielding (redstone, sticks, gravel, etc, but sugar does not work). If you give the driver some gunpowder, you can set it up so that when the driver is killed the tank explodes!
If you drop a clay disruptor near a tank, it will be attached to make a Disruptor Laser. With 10 shots, it causes the clay target to be instantly destroyed.
