dunno why you guys are getting errors, i seem to work fine and i even have a-loads of mods(modding is the only thing i can think of minecraft :biggrin.gif:) but anyways THIS IS THE BEST MOD EVER AND TO MAKE IT BETTER: it works with POTIONS!!! o and im gonna use your code so i can make modern weaponry, like riot shields, mp5s , m4s, and CHOPPERS. but when are u gonna release smp version?

To anyone who is recieving an error upon launching Minecraft, if you used the Adf.ly link to download, delete that version. Use the Adcraft link. That's what I did and it works fine for me. Hope this helps. :smile.gif:

I have no idea what I did wrong, I used a tutorial vid, and if it helps, I am using a 32X32 bit texture pack, so I just installed the 3 mods I had with the patcher. I did delete the META-INF folder so I don't know what I have done wrong. Can someone tell me what went wrong or if they can tell me a fix to this, that would be great.
Edit: I have gotten it so it doesn not crash, but none of the mods work. :tongue.gif:

Everyone who is getting an error with the Clay Soldiers mod, do not use the Adf.ly download link. It won't work for some reason. Simply delete that version of the mod from your computer, and instead use the Adcraft.co download link. Simple as that.
Looks like everybody is getting the CSM_red error (it means that the claymen red is not there) And me to Koda is there a bug to this
EDIT:Every body redownload the mod Koda fixed it and the file should be call CSMv4fix1

i seem to find a bug with the mod every thing works fine but with gray clay men when somebody hits them they dont fight back there like white clay man just wandering around taking hits from them

Well, sorry about all the confusion that's been going on. I try to use the two websites because certain people have preferences. I'm glad most of you have been able to make it work.
In the next few days I'll be working on the fairy factions mod. Here's a list of the current specifications (85% coded or so).
- All fairies have a unique name made of 2 parts. 16 prefixes * 16 suffixes = 256 possible names. Examples include: "Silly-poof", "Honey-wing", "Fire-star", "Wiggle-shine", and so on.
- All fairies will initially belong to a faction, or a group. These groups will have a unique name and color. Examples include: "Aerial Army", "Bantam Brawlers", "Charging Cherubs", and so on.
- There will be five different fairy jobs. Queen, guard, medic, scout and normal.
- Queens will be the leaders of the group. They are the only fairies whose names will be revealed before they are tamed. All fairies of the same faction follow and protect their queen.
- Normal fairies will walk around and won't do a whole lot. They have a chance of becoming aggressive when they are attacked. If they see the player as a threat, their teammates will be warned and the entire army will come after you. If tamed, a fairy will follow the player, can be told to sit still, and can be used to fly for a short time.
- Guards will stay close to the queen at all times and carry extra armor and a wooden sword. They will also defend the player from hostile mobs if they are tamed.
- Scouts are faster and better fliers than normal fairies. They can do an aerial drop move that does massive damage. They stay far from the queen, but if tamed, gives a greater flight boost than a typical fairy.
- Medics can heal a comrade (or the player) for 2.5 hearts every five seconds. They don't actively participate in battles unless attacked directly.
- Fairies always spawn in a faction and are loyal to their queen, but it is possible to tame them and become their leader. To do this, first you must defeat the queen. Or if you want to tame the queen, you must defeat all of her followers.
- After doing this, the fairies will become disbanded from their faction - and pretty upset, too. You'll have to wait until they stop crying, so you should leave them alone for a bit.
- Finally, once they've calmed down, offer them something sweet as an appology. They like apples, cakes and watermelon slices - but a decent amount of sugar will suffice if you have none of those.
- Once tamed, the fairy will become loyal to you, and she will tell you her name. You can collect as many fairy companions as you want, but you have to earn each one. Each fairy is loyal to only one username, so make sure to log in when you play singleplayer.
- Lastly, there will be some options that the player/server owner can choose about whether fairy factions should fight other factions, monsters, players, or just everything.
Developing this mod for SMP has been very hard, but rewarding. Clay soldiers have too many statistics that need to be shared, so making an SMP version for them would be a lot harder. Fairies have been optimized to use just the right amount of data so they can be complex entities, but can still function properly over the internet using DataWatchers.
