It took me by surprise, when I went to "news" in the minecraft forums and saw "AETHOR MOD IS OUT"

I need help. I downloaded the aether mod, opened it and all, but i accidentally pressed control-h and it took all the files out of the Jar Folder and the Resources folder. Can i fix this? I have redownloaded this about 4 times now, but to no avail. It is still catagorized this way. Please help me fix this.
Somebody help me. I pressed ctrl H on aether mod on winrar by accident and everything is out of the folders. When I redownload aether mod it is still like that. How do i make the files go back in the folders like before?

You just activated flat view. Hit Ctrl-H again and it should go back to normal.

I posted the exact same problem i cant figure it out the guy in the video meant control-a i think but it sounded so much like an H.
My game freezes up about halfway through 'Building terrain' upon entering the Aether. I'm pretty sure I installed the mods correctly; I've gotten no error messages when I run Minecraft through the terminal. I'm also fairly certain that the game is actually frozen up and it's not just taking up a long time. Any ideas?
Hm...yeah the spawn rates aren't fixed unless I'm meant to have about 50+ Zephyrs...
I should add I know how to install mods and am positive I have done so correctly.
edit: It thins out after about 5 minutes but it is still overwhelming. I literally cant move unless I want to leave the aether from getting blown off the edge.
edit: after ten minutes the amount is finally managable, I wonder if it's just they all spawn in one locale and have to spread off afterwards?
Regardless, is there going to be an added config file that could control monster spawning, as in whether they do or not?
When can you make it SPC compatible? (I'm guessing you mean Single Player Commands right?) cause in the normal world I want to be able to fly but in the Aether I want to be able to set way points. I can wait for ze next version but would you be able to make SPC comp'? (BTW IS Shockah's API [did I spell it right[ ESSENTIAL? 'cause when I last installed it it didn't work :angry.gif: )

6 pickaxes on this sleeping boss later... it hasn't moved, its eyes are shut, and I'm rather pissed off because it's just not working. What the heck is going on? >.<
Holy Sht Dude Ive Been Waiting SOOO long for this mod, but it was worth the wait. When i started playing, i made my little aether portal then went tho the aether,Then i saw a dark area so i decided to go there. When i first went there there was a bird thing so i killed it then i saw a Dungeon it looked like and i Saw a flying cloud mob. It Shot air balls at me and kept pushing me, i eventually killed it.
I went deeper and saw a large block i Hit it with my pick axe and it came to Life, IT WAS FKING OWNING ME LAWL. I tried using my diamond sword and my bow on it but it didn't work, later i found out only picks dmg it. THANK GOD FOR TOOMANYITEMS MOD FOR INF GOLD APPLES OR ELSE I WOULDVE DIED! Took me about 10 minutes to kill the thing. Then it dropped a key and where it first was were trapdoors. I opened it and saw stone chests, i used the key on it and inside was a flame sword and 8 of these dagger knife things u could throw and they make lightning and some other block and something else. Im gonna continue playing later on and see what else i can find. (NOTE: with my toomany items mod i didnt spawn any aether sht yet and wont till i actually find the real thing first so i killed the eye thing with a diamond pick)
I like your mod cuz it scares the sht out of me thank you for all who worked on it :biggrin.gif:

It is SPC compatible. Just install SPC again.

Same thing I've tried 7 times and it says "Please Take a Survey"
Use a diamond pickaxe. It works.
I don't understand why I have to sit there staring at it waiting for it to eat 8 of them. and when I leave it for 2 seconds it despawns! D:
