Well, I tried using the Magic Launcher, and the same thing happened. Although, I copied the error after I found out STDERR meant error. I am using Forge, Rei's Minimap, and Optifine, in that order.

I am wondering if in the next release there can be an option to mask the actual IP address of the server I am connected to. I could not find such a creature. I ask b/c REI spams it when you first login to the server and sometimes I stream while on a private server and don't need the hassles of it being DDos'd.
What do you mean that Rei's spams it? I've never seen this plugin do anything to display an IP address.
That said, you can hide IP addresses in the server list by pressing F1.
Nice done but other said that your navigation system is trolling D: like their example if there's a chicken in the center it can't detect it or it's just on the bottom of the tree or something thanks but nice mod
Animals sometimes spawn within the leaves of bushes and such.
Help. sometimes i log on to minecraft the minimap says ERROR: null.
does anyone else get this? and also its been happening a lot lately so help please...
I'm having that issue now, haven't seen it before today.

The Minecraft community in general isn't about "respecting and caring" either. It largely consists of narcissistic children who disregard those other than themselves and like to spout anger, abuse, troll and flame. It is also why any competent multiplayer builder either owns a private server or one where build allowance requires in-depth vetting. If Minecraft was about "respecting and caring" these measures would clearly not be necessary.

My problem is with the aow.class file. Both Rei's Minimap and Need the Time use this file. I'm curious as to what this file is used by these mods for, as that would help to determine if I can come up with a workaround, or just be satisfied with either one or the other of these 2 mods.
Whenever i play with my brother on his world via LAN, i can't enable entities radar, which is really stupid. Can you fix that?
this is likely due to the fact that entiy mapping has to be enable on the server side. with 1.3 you are playing is a "server" world but not really on a LAN world/ to get the features you want you would still need to run a full server and enable entity mapping via "motd"
ummm could someone please explain to me what key opens up a larger map in the middle of the screen? I accientically stumbled across it and then my minecraft crashed so i don't know what key it is...

Use Magic Launcher to take the hassle out of patching and modding.

Use it to set up mods with the right dependencies and such.

You need modloader first...
The new versions of Forge come with their own ModLoader (FML) and I don't think it'll work with ModLoader.

Help anyone?
Did you give your new world the same name as an old world in which you died?
