Could I possibly request recipes for the wee flowers to be crafted into dyes ? Or should I try and get a recipe creator and make the recipes myself. I assume this is not something youd rather I didnt do ? I ask because there are certain things (red power or possibly a coloured wood mods paint) that require a dye and dont "work" with your flowers. Dyeing wool of course works fine.
I love the idea I can farm your flowers for pigments. (im gonna have to make them fairly rare I think or maybe block a few flowers).
Philosophiac sounds like a block id clash like you suggest. Try changing the relevant fruits block id in the config file. It might crash sometimes whilst a clash exists (maybe this is with items only not sure so dont quote me).
You can already craft them directly into dyes. You can either do so with the recipe of 1 redstone, 1 flower, and a bottle of water which will make 8 dye or you can turn the flowerdirectlytodyerecipes boolean to true instead of false which will let you turn 1 flower into 2 dye directly.
THE NEW CROPS ARE AWESOME!!! Wondering if there has been any movement on getting this compatible with Thaumcraft, my server can't use it until that happens which makes me very sad =[

So I've been toying around with the ID's... but I can't seem to narrow down the cause of the trees dropping rocks on my head when I break the leaves holding unripened fruit. It seems to be the only thing of questionable function, though, honestly... so if that's the worst I get, I'll be happy. I'm going to keep at it... and hopefully, if it's not supposed to happen, I'll manage to fix it.

Alright, I'm almost done with the texture creating and organizing for all the foods for all the new trees, bushes, and crops I've added since cherries. Now, once I add these foods I am 'done' with HarvestCraft. I will not be adding new content. The only way HarvestCraft will get new content is through folks donating and requesting things.
However, I am not done fine tuning the mod. I know some things are still broke, and I need to work on compatibility with several large mods. Here are the issues I will work on, but I cannot promise they will ever get fixed. This list is in no particular order of importance:
- Config files are getting re-organized and less bloated
- Bushes should be shear-able and replaceable
- Re-growth crops will use the bonemeal MCF event (like my trees) instead of a custom bonemeal method
- Re-growth crops and fruits will be harder to break the less mature they are (like cinnamon wood)
- Compatibility with Ars Magica's sowing seeds and harvesting plants spells
- Getting crops to use IPlantable in MCF
- Compatibility with Thaumaturgy
- Compatibility with Forestry
- Able to choose what biomes bushes and trees spawn in (with ExtraBiomesXL compatibility)
- Re-do my entire website to get it up to date (pictures, explanations, etc)
Nice to see possible compatibility with forestry. Use forestry a lot so that would be a huge plus indeed and it's prolly the only thing I'm missing in this awsome mod
On another note your seeds seem to crash when used inside a Redpower 2 seed bag. I'm quite sure this is redpowers fault but I'm posting the error log here in case you can do anything with it.
I think RedPower's seed bags are expecting IPlantable in the seed class. I'll be looking into adding IPlantable to all my crops/seeds so hopefully that'll fix it.

I know you aren't supporting your mods much these days, but I found a bit of a problem with one of your tree fruits. I don't know if anyone else has thought of this, so I'll ask you. Is there any way the apples in your apple tree mod can be used the same as the vanilla apples, or maybe give them the same properties? I ask because I found that when combining this mod with the mo' creatures mod, your apples don't work on the mobs like the vanilla apples do. Just wondering if you could help me.

I downloaded everything for harvest craft and i was in the twilight forest when i realized that i didnt have the whole mod, and so i put them all in, a total of 78 mods, and the world wont load...everythings invisible, but not on the minimap, help?

Changed slot 4092 in either the Cherry config or Divine RPG config.
No, that requires messing with base classes, which I don't do.
However, I am not done fine tuning the mod. I know some things are still broke, and I need to work on compatibility with several large mods. Here are the issues I will work on, but I cannot promise they will ever get fixed. This list is in no particular order of importance:
- Config files are getting re-organized and less bloated
- Bushes should be shear-able and replaceable
- Re-growth crops will use the bonemeal MCF event (like my trees) instead of a custom bonemeal method
- Re-growth crops and fruits will be harder to break the less mature they are (like cinnamon wood)
- Compatibility with Ars Magica's sowing seeds and harvesting plants spells
- Getting crops to use IPlantable in MCF
- Compatibility with Thaumaturgy
- Compatibility with Forestry
- Able to choose what biomes bushes and trees spawn in (with ExtraBiomesXL compatibility)
- Re-do my entire website to get it up to date (pictures, explanations, etc)
I think RedPower's seed bags are expecting IPlantable in the seed class. I'll be looking into adding IPlantable to all my crops/seeds so hopefully that'll fix it.
Dang it... My second favorite mod, after yours.
What's the issue?
The issue is that it crashes Minecraft. I've checked to see if it was any other mod crashing it, twice.
Zoey, please post your error log. Unfortunately, there are more ways to crash Minecraft than can be counted, so until we have more information, we're kinda stuck on how to help you.
