Good thing I have a guy to bounce ideas off of, otherwise I think I may get lonely.

I may or may not be available for chat on google, as I am busy as a bee coding away...
The mission objectives are to not only make the user fall in love with casting spells, but to enjoy the visual aspects of the mod just as much as how the mod works. Hope to get some feedback, thanks for reading.

An old update that I stopped updating that I decided to update. The original is located here [MOD] BLOCKKILLMOBS V3.0 (WORKS WITH BETA 1.1_02). This block will kill any mob that it comes in contact, except for players.
A mod team that I worked on a long time ago, and just got around to updating. Here is the long awaited, yofreke section of the codes. There may be a few lingering bugs from the update process (it was so old, that the source code was still in obfuscated...). Enjoy!

This is a something I made for a friend of mine who wanted a mod for his subscribers. He has a channel on youtube, which is called TechZilla. The download is here: adfly.
Looks very interesting, though I'm not too sure I like your copying of RS, but I like the magic system in that game. Looking forward to seeing the content.

The idea wasn't to copy the magic system in that game. I remember that RS did use runes, and that it had the basic elements, however we came up with all of the spells on our own, as well as the graphics, as well as everything. Nothing was directly copied, or was not purposely copied.

Just to give some progress on what the GUI will look like for books.
I have to finish fire temple generation, and then there will be a download available for testing of the core systems, that way I can get some feedback on what you guys think of how it looks / feels.

Me and Yofreke went for the more squared ores because we thought it looked like it added more closer feel to Minecraft. As most of Minecraft is generally squared blocks/items, thanks for the support though! :smile.gif:

If you don't have anything to add to this conversation, or provide a intellectual debate, why exactly are you here?
We are the shadow that consumes for no good reason.
I have not checked that .zip link, so I am not going to encourage that people download it. However, when I get back to working on things (hopefully soon...) I will include an option in the properties file for round runes (credited to you). That way if people like the look of the round ones, they can have them. However, by default it will stay with the current (for keeping the blocky feel of things).

My MineEssence is not working right. I find fire temples under water. Staffs spawn light temples. Whenever I throw a book or rune on the temple nothing happens! I installed it right and I installed it 2 more times still it doesn't work. Is it because I have 2x2 Crafting Grid?,
