Is any change about how to create a new soundpack ?
I was working on Rhapsodia years ago, with some help from Ha3 (hurricaaane) to make it properly work.
I'm pretty interested to polish what's need to be polished on Rhapsodia and finally release it.
There's some people still mad at me that I haven't finished it and released it yet
Just wondering, is there a way to change the height at which you start to hear the "OMG I'M FALLING TO MY DEATH" yell, or disable that sound specifically?
I have a tall wizard tower with a water pit at the bottom for ease of exit, but my character constantly yells about falling to its death even though the fall is "safe"...

I just wanted to ask if it's normal that it is always windy outside (besides caves and sometimes in the house) ? Is that a bug ? I restarted it but still windy etc. or is it just normal ?
For my liking its just too windy in the sunshine, It's like the weather always is rainy. Maybe it is this way because it rained on the server ?
OMG! OMG! OMG!
Does it work? Will test now.
(1.9 was crashing my game.)
-Update: So far so good
If 1.9 was crashing your game then you may have a bugged version. There were quite a few patches I had to do for 1.9.

Ah ok I will wait then for an update or something similar. Thanks
Well there is a workaround, you can just disable.... the environment slider, I think. Turn it all the way to the left. Or just try on some of them and when the wind stops, then you found the correct slider.
Or just use a different resourcepack. You don't have to stick to the default one. I just resurrected it because I personally prefer that one.

It's not supposed to be combined with anything other than maybe the "music expansion" from the same author, but I don't think it's updated. So you are fine using MSI alone.
You can still use them though. Just ignore the warnings.

I've just re-verified that my version works with a fresh vanilla install of Minecraft and Liteloader, at least on my two systems. It's a little hard for me to test in other environments. I have a few questions though:
Are you using the latest stable release of Liteloader for 1.7.10, with the "Liteloader 1.7.10" profile, available here?
Are you using the latest version of my release of MAtmos, available here?
With which resource pack are you using MAtmos? I recommend the fixed version of MSI, in my signature, at least to test with.
And finally, are you using MAtmos with another mod or mods? This should not be an issue, because I test it with FTB, but it's good to know.
EDIT: Just tested with a fresh install of MultiMC (because it appeared in your crash report). Everything still seems to be working correctly for me there as well.
EDIT 2: You may also wish to test this version, if nothing else.
I might add that, if you're mixing it with something like the 1.7.10 version of Presence Footsteps, they may not work due to having different versions of MC-Commons.

Are streaming sounds still disabled? I'm trying to update a music pack I made ages ago but I'm not sure if it isn't working due to streaming being disabled or me messing up something with the XML to JSON conversion.
Also if there's anyone else who can take over for Matmos and PresenceFootsteps I'd appreciate it if they can get into contact with me. I can't continue supporting these, it's too much strain with everything else I have to do and I'm finding myself less and less interested in working on minecraft.

MSI is from here http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1290798-1-6-2-minecraft-sound-improvement-custom-music-a

Great work , you should post a 1.8.9 resourcepack , the existing one is showing up in red as a 1.9 pack for both the MSI and the Default
You can still use them though. Just ignore the warnings.
