Hey guys. I haven't posted because 1) I got annoyed with the bug I mentioned a lot earlier, and 2) I FINALLY remembered my password! Yes I know it's late, but I had to post to make sure you know you have another supporter for this mod. can you still make bauxite forges? If you can I need some serious help. All pickaxes are same speed as stone. I tried it with MC patcher.

anyway, thanks for updating mini-me. that explanes why it didn't work this morning. I can't wait for the game to be updated. and I beleive I speak for several people out there that aren't allowed to make accounts, that we really appreciate that you did't abandon this mod. Oh, and a character on the yogscast, is obsessed with dwarves, and is a dwarf for his skin. If you PM or message them however your supposed to (I just know it can be done) they might do a spotlight on this mod. Personally, I think The Snoo should have a LOT more veiws, for ALL his videos, but the bluexephos channel has over 100,000 subscribes last I checked, and i've felt like I should check out the mods they do. on a different topic, And does the type of stone you use make a difference in your pick? I don't think so, as i've used TMI for all the cobble, but I figured I might as well ask. what does bauxite do now? and is it possible to make the dwarven forge use lava underneath it, but the lava dissapears after a certain amount of uses? It would make travelling underground easier. You wouldn't have to use as much fuel. I KNOW there isn't a lava generator, i've tried enough times. Would that be LESS overpowered enough, if that makes any sense.
I deal with personal life and it seeps into this sometimes.
I know honeydew loves Dwarves(so do I if you can't tell), and I can probably bet that they have seen this mod countless times and for whatever reason they have I don't really care. I don't do this because of one guy like most people think. I do this because I enjoy it.
Snoo is a great guy, but he deals with stuff as well. The yogscast got lucky and they are riding that wave.
The type of stone does not matter, it all goes into the same tool. As for the furnace, that is probably what will happen, although its not my priority right now. And Bauxite is just a stone nothing special about it.

alright. I would to, but on every mod guide for noobs I found there was some kind of program that my laptop couldn't download. I saw how complicated it is and thought that you might like it if more people liked the mod you and others put so much work into. I suppose less people requesting stuff is good, though. I'd probably shut down the mod in frustration if I had that many people watching me. I'd rather have a few friends telling me what needs to be improved than lots of people spamming "updateupdateupdate" because I know people who do this for laughs. I can see where your coming from. and I have no doubt coding is fun, I just can't get the right programs neccasary.
Hmm thats an odd one. Out of curiosity what is the program you can't download?
Modding can get very frustrating unfortunately. My to-do list and what I'm motivated to aren't always in sync so that doesn't make it much better. Although the thing that has helped the most were the friends that nagged me into doing what needed to be done.

You should make it so that sunlight hurts you, but only after 10 minutes (1 day) so you can gather a few saplings or whatever before going underground.

For what purpose? This isn't a underdark mod, its about dwarves(not duergar).

some sort of java kit. It doesn't really matter, though. I understand why you needed help with the artwork, though. looking at it gave me a headache. I prefer to read, not paint, so it came as a pain. for future reference, MC patcher cannot combine minecraft forge with modloader or modloader MP, if anyone is using it and is wondering why it doesn't work.(I suspect i'm the only one that didn't know that)
as for the sunlight thing, I think that guy has read artemis fowl. it's a book series with... different dwarves in it.
I could get jd-gui whatever that means, but not the kit. every time I click the download button it says error, try again. I gave up after 7 or 8 tries.great job with mini-me, I look like a little creeper!!! piston doors are very useful.

By any chance did you agree to the license before you tried to Download the jdk?

yes. I always doiuble clicked, and then it went away and let me ATTEMPT to download. I know nothing about code, but what if instead of changing the whole generator, make a new world type generator, so it's optional, or make it an extra large biome thats more common than grass? and, though this is going to be shot down fast, take the flat land generator and raise it's height, maybe? then add caves to the code/script? deal with adding mountains in a later update, unless you take that as defeat. I would be to stubborn to stop until I finished, so I really can't criticize (even if I wanted to) whatever choice you make.
Anyways the terrain generator is killing me because of just stupid things. Actually the flat grass generator is closest to what I'm doing right now. Its just going to take some time.

don't raise the spawn limit of creepers and I'm with you all the way to and !!!Oh, if I get frustrated I try to make a monster arena. skeletons and zombies versus iron golems and snowmen!!! and 64 stacks of TNT. Always makes you feel better if the game doesn't crash.
lololol. I can only make one post after this one until today 9:43 AM, but my time is 7:41 PM. I assume its your time, so how long of a wait is that? I've never had a monster before, but I hear there good. Do you think there could be a dwarvencraft texture pack if a paint guy came to help? oh, and will there be goblin spawners? how much more often do you plan to make caves appear. how often will silverfish blocks spawn? how can we get food, because mushrooms take FOREVER to grow. finally, will you make one block high doors for mini-me, or implement, I think they were rats, anytime soon? Take your time, I'll just be happy to be able to play it without backdating, but these things make the game less "make a house before night! Where'd you put the torches!!?" and more "Dig. gold! Creeper!! Attack!!!I feel braver underground than I do outside, so this really suits me.

Monsters are an acquired taste, and its not something you want to drink all the time(like myself) as your heart will explode after a while(no joke).
I've had paint guys come and go for whatever reasons, and If the last guys are still willing I'll get some help from them.
I think I took the goblins out for some reason...I'll have to work on them.
The caves are tricky as I want them to be frequent but not annoying, and I want them to go from small to massive.
I have no intentions of doing anything with the silverfish at this point in time.
I'm still working on the food issue. The current development goals are to make a world where you can live underground. This is mostly centering around food. I'm going to make food a lot more common, but not so common you don't have a hard time.
One block doors were suggested a long time ago and I just have not gotten around to it.
Again the dev goals are for more food options which might mean a few mobs. Maybe breeding rats for food? Dunno yet.
I'm glad that you express yourself about his as it really motivates me into working harder for a better mod.

I still haven't done the pickaxe research but once I update I will check it out. I took out the Dwarven Forge because it was extremely over powered.
On a side note Mini-Me is updated to MC 1.2.3. DwarvenCraft is not to much further behind.
