Glad to see some of the fixes in PR2b :smile.gif: are there any plans to tone down volcano and tree generation. I just randomly generated a few worlds to find someplace good to start they are over run in volcanoes and rubber trees lol. everywhere i look i see a volcano. if i travel in any direction will bump into more volcanoes :tongue.gif: perhaps they should be alot more rare like towns. But ty for all the work you put into this without redpower most of the stuff i create in my worlds would not be possible. Also ty for taking the time to answer peoples questions and problems it's nice to see somebody in touch with their fanbase.

The bukkit version is approved by Eloraam, but she does not work on it. Try the bukkit forums.

Not a glitch. Items get ejected from the machines at about 6 times the speed of light. For hilarity make a cobblestone generator that makes 20-30/second. Instead of hooking the tubes into a chest, funnel all the cobblestone to an upward-facing tube.

@Topic: The mod is incompatible with the Custom Stuff mod and iChun's Portal Gun Mod; On Custom Stuff you can't place Redstone on blocks made with that mod, and when iChun's Portal Gun Mod is also in the mods folder, minecraft loads normally until main menu; there appears only the background texture and after some seconds only black screen.
Here the ModLoader.txt but I don't think it will be helpful.
I'd say having ModLoaderMP for 1.7.3 is part of your problem.
PLUS I run RedPower with PortalGun in BOTH 1.7.1 (RP1) ~AND~ 1.8.1 (RP2), and have yet to find a problem which can't be fixed by BlockID tweaking (opening the .cfg, .props or .properties files and adjusting the BlockID range in there manually), So it can easily be done and if it fails it's a fail on your end.
Hell, in my 1.8.1 game I am running RedPower2 PreRelease 2b, IndustrialCraft2, BuildCraft2 and PortalGun 1.8 v1, I usually run RedPower 1, PlasmaCraft, PlasticCraft, PortalGun and Wireless Redstone in 1.7.3 (Plasma and Plastic having to be adjusted with their BlockID's for compatibility).

Dude, there's no way I would be running 16 SMP mods with no other crashes BUT this one if I didn't have modloader MP. Let me check to see if the files are there, but I know they are.
ATM, I can't replicate it because I can't even set up the damn server to let me mod it in the first place... And trying to figure it out is frying my brain!
Sorry I'm not technically doing this the right way but I finally decided to throw this in with eqexchange, buildcraft, and IC2 and my rubber tree's are made out of iron furnaces apparently, not sure which mod to be looking into. If anyone can give me any insight that would be great :smile.gif: even if it's just a link to where I should be :tongue.gif:
Have you SEEN Eloraam's rubber trees? even the small ones are over 100 blocks of wood, compare this to the largest of Alblaka's at 8-9 blocks...

Seriously, I just piston moved the Al-blocks with taps into my base and and have hundreds of sticky resin. It's not really all that hard to get loads of rubber given resin extracts to 3 rubber.
I'm almost beginning to get tired of looking for exploitable things...there's just so many of them that I've got to say that it might just be balanced.
Even more funny is thinking about what happens after the ore dictionary with, say, rubberwood. Because, you know, RedPower rubber trees are enormous, and using a Buildcraft Filler, you can harvest them pretty quickly. If you could feed RP rubberwood into the IC extractor, you'd have tons and tons of rubber.
Except for the filler. The filler is seriously the most overpowered tool in any major mod, it just requires a bit of understanding with how it works and a method to collect the drops and it's hands down the fastest way to harvest literal chunks of blocks.
