so you can't expect her to update as soon as she posts that she plans to on Twitter.
Once again... she tweeted that 5 months ago then went functionally silent for 5 months.
I get and respect having a real life- with a job, a dog, and everything else. It's more about the 'silent' part of that... the time only comes into play as the duration she essentially vanished for. Like I said... it's not the 141 days. It's the 141 questions of 'Today?'.
Keep in context. Third time I've had to this out point out... It's the silence, not the time... it's the not logging into MCF for 8 months or the 2 months at a stretch between tweets, usually random tweets.
I did see some screenshots earlier, but can't find them again. Was that you? I lose pages here with all the posts overnight and all the deleted posts and everything. Thanks though. I like screen shots.

I noticed a coUple of pages back people were saying rp was a small mod. I disagree. Blutricity alone is huge, as well as frames. The tube and machine parts of it are quite big to, and the computers a very complex. If you wanted to replicate rp u would need many different mods: computercraft buildcraft more buildcraft object logistics pipes they tiny block mod (forgot its name lol ) and many more.
TerraFirmaCraft for example completely changes the whole game mechanic. Especially the physics (gravity) are corrected, so you don't have floating blocks.
In comparison I see RP2 as a tiny mod...
Actually the mod is not really big, neither content nor codewise. Don't exxagerate here, just because Elo is working alone and does not have the amount of time to spent coding like others do.
Have You looked at how much code thats written for Rp2 to have even basic functionality? Rp2 has lots of content but if you don't consider that "a lot" then it makes up in quality. Terrafirmacraft is a large mod but gravity isnt that hard to alter. If you look at the code for sand all you would essential have to do was to copy some of that and put it in the classes that you want. So all in all Rp2 is an amazing mod Elo works very hard on and is not "tiny". End of Story

I have to agree with this. Issues with updating a mod to a new version of Minecraft aren't so much about the amount of content in the mod, or even how complex the content itself is. Problems arise due to the complexity of interactions with existing Minecraft code. When you consider things like microblocks, wiring, frames, etc. It's not hard to see why updating it would be harder than updating other mods.
RP was a handful of separate modules for a reason. The world module contained everything that influenced world generation. Since you get the ores from other mods too, you could simply remove that module. I haven't tried that but i heard it worked. Of course you would loose marble and the gems too, but they are not really a vital part.
You also lose Nikolite and the soon(?) to be used Tungsten. Nikolite is pretty vital to anything RP T2 machine related.

I don't know if RP will still be a handful of modules or one single .ZIP or .JAR for 1.4.5
still it would be pointless as you won't have nikolite either

I see what you did there. While we're at it, how about rehydrated pizza?

Nikolite. No RP World = no blutricity

Edit: talk about being ninja'd
