It's been a few days, and its time for ... new bugs! Note, these are discovered in SMP.
Bugs:
While 'run' jumping across a canyon that this 3 blocks wide, but level, you will still take a tick of damage though you didn't fall. Strangely, if you jump to a ledge HIGHER on the other side, it will be fine. Ie:
Running and jumping across this and then pressing grab results in damage! Doing this:
You'll be fine!
Also, if you are climbing into 1 space high area let go of grab before you enter the next block, you'll take a tick of damage. As in:
If you let go of grab before you have entered the 1 high block, but have gone about halfway in, you'll take a tick of damage.
Yes, the bugs have gotten to be very specific because you've done squashed most of the obvious ones! Anyways, great work and keep it up!
Compatibility Note:
When using Eloraam's RedPower, you will be unable to break microblocks or logic circuits while crawling, swimming, etc... You may, in some cases, be unable to place them either. As long as you are standing it works normally.
a tip
hold the move action button before enter the water
and you will ignore the gravity of the water
but
needed to hold forward button and the action button
or else, you'll be swimming
to make the ''ignore'' in mid ocean,
look up, hold action button and hold forward button while looking up
when you reach the surface, you'll fall as like there's no water
and then, walk away in the oceans
also while walking underwater, you can run by holding the run button
that's all i have discovered

Is there anything that can be done about flying into ceilings in creative mode on Bukkit servers? You keep getting teleported down a block, and F9 has no effect.
Some more info about this bug: If I go into creative mode and fly into a ceiling, the bug happens. But if I go into or even just touch any water then fly into a ceiling, I don't spaz out!
Another suggestion: there should be a separate sprinting factor for creative mode. If I hold down that sprint key, I should fly!
Help! I cant connect to my smartmoving server, I installed all the stuff into my client. What do I do?
Just to be sure you have:
--On your client--
* Modloader
AND
* ModloaderMP (that's what had me stuck)
* Player API client version
* Smart Moving Client for ModloaderMP (only this package)
--On your server--
* ModloaderMP_server
* Player API_server
* Smart Moving_server for ModloaderMP (Only this package)
Get all of those and you should be able to connect
hmm it seems whenever I drag my modloadermp into my server.jar zip, I can never start the server period (the command prompt just starts and immediately closes...) anyone have a solution to this? And as for this mod, everytime I try to crawl into a 1x1 space, i spazz out and can't get in....:/...help?
Man i love this mod but i only miss 1 thing , that is the plugin for the bukkit . My friend runs a server and we wanted this mod there but we use craftbukkit ? is it compatible ?
And another thing is a suggestion , i think you should add a walk on water , like i start sprinting and when i hit the water i keep walking for like 2 blocks and then i fall and start swimming

Did you delete the META-INF? If you did, that's why.
Only if I could install it. Could someone copy their minecraft.jar, force update it and then install smart moving and give it to me please?
Reason: No how many times I do this, Player API keeps on rejecting and then the game says it doesn't exist so the mod crashes.

Hey Divisor, I don't know if you knew this, but someone on the ModloaderMP for Bukkit thread created the mappings for the Bukkit 1.0.1 RB. Just curious, is this the missing dependency you were talking about?

I can confirm this bug. You can sprint along the bottom of oceans!

It's only fixed if I fly or swim.
Yes, in order to connect to a server running Smart Moving all clients need Smart Moving.

The default is Left CTRL, but you can customize it to whatever you want in the controls menu area :smile.gif:

Did you delete the META-INF? If you did, that's why.
Don't delete META-INF on Server. It will show an error about corrupted jar instead. But do delete META-INF for client.

If it is possible, can you attempt to fix this issue.
If you can't or do not want to, it is fine, I will just continue playing Minecraft without this mod's amazing additions.
