This is a mod my friend Nigeki requested, that I textured and that Don Maty made for us but seeing as none of them have re-posted it in this section I thought I would take the initiative to put it here so it isn't rotting away.
Ok, so here are all the images (this was ripped from the request thread)

What it looks like to hold them:

Now for the Crafting Recipes:
-Soul Stick:

The tools have the durability of stone and the sword is as strong as an Iron sword.
Mod(s) it is compatible with (tested):
Single Player Commands.
- Then you locate your .minecraft folder and then your bin folder.
- Open up Minecraft.jar and DELETE the MetaINF folder.
- Then put all the files in the Modloader folder into Minecraft.jar.
- Then you put all the Nether Tools! files in Minecraft.jar.
- Success! You've installed this mod :biggrin.gif:
- If it didn't work then you didn't follow the tutorial.
