Ohhh I found out exactly what my problem was. My batch file didnt generate and I know why. I can generate the files if i dont add any mod to the file but when i do add something, it wont generate. Im going to try generating first, then adding mods
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to, as it is considered redistributing the files. But then again I might be able to because anyone can download the server.jar. Your thoughts?
Edit: It might be because your system PATH is not set like the minecraft website says.

Multiplayer beta server software
Minecraft beta multiplayer support is currently under heavy development, and is riddled with bugs. You can help test it, though. It will get better soon, I promise!
If you're running on windows and just want to set up a server easily, download Minecraft_Server.exe, place it anywhere you want, then run it.
If you want to run the server on any other OS, or want to run it without the gui, it's a bit more involved.
First, make sure you can use java from the command line. On linux and mac, this should automatically work, but on windows you might want to set up a PATH system variable.
Then download minecraft_server.jar to anywhere, then launch it as:
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui
I recommend making it so you respawn with your inventory if killed with a pellet; maybe make a block that acts as a respawner for those killed in its vicinity with pellets to facilitate this. Or, if you make the armor dyeable and have it possible to start from a white base, have it spawn you with it and the dye needed to go to either color and a gun. Perhaps easier would be to make a "beacon" block and have the pellets teleport you to the nearest of your color to prevent item loss? Maybe a block that gives you pellets of your armor color if you're holding a paintball gun to make reloading take less time and resources?

Every moment, a thousand worlds are born; every moment a thousand worlds die. For what is a dream but a world, at once brief and eternal, alien and familiar to the mind?
Make note of the 1:30-2:05 part. I think that is what you're looking for.
Run.bat
1. Open Notepad.
2. Copy the code and paste it into the file.
3. Save as Run.bat to your server folder.
4. Run the server.
