I have done what I am sure many others have been able to do, make breakable bedrock. This one also includes a Redstone "fix". It has always bothered me how long it takes to mine a rock filled with dust, so I decreased the hardness from 3 to 1.5. With the bedrock, I set the hardness to 5, so happy falling if you want to fall into the void.

As a matter of fact, someone has made "breakable bedrock" as "fake bedrock". As for the red stone "fix", I'm sure someone would be glad! I personally hate having to mine a long time just to break a rock full of dust.

Would you mind posting some pictures/videos? Some people would like to see proof.

Absolutely! Although, my computer is slow, so proving to you that the redstone fix is real may be difficult. But the bedrock, yes.
