How do you remove/uninstall mods in this Pack?
For example, HumansPlus..
Try backing up your .jar file and then deleting mod_humansplus from minecraft.jar. This should take it out of ModLoader and disable it. I can't stress the importance of backing up the file enough. This may mess everything up, but backing up could easily reverse my mistake.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
BoxcarPenguin- you don't wanna know how I came up with that.
ZedMinecraft,
Go to .minecraft/configs/ModLoader.cfg
Change mod_HumansPlus=on to mod_HumansPlus=off
That is a common question, so I'll add a FAQ to the front page.
FarmerFaz,
Could you please post what you did to fix whatever was wrong for you?
It seems others are falling into the same trap.
I'd like to put that on the front page too.
All,
Work on the next update is going beter than expected.
AMCO for Beta 1.6.6 will probably be available tomarrow.
About 2 dozen mods have been incorporated: 'Ruins', 'More Flowers', 'BuildCraft', 'MagicChest', 'MoreCreeps', etcetera.
Only another 3 dozen to go...
I've also created a new building: the dreded Gazebo.
Scoff not. It is a killer. :cool.gif:
I installed this mod pack right I followed the How to install to the teeth but I still get a black screen? If anyone can tell me why that would be great! Thank you, and this looks amazing!!!

Just curious, but did you delete the META-INF folder? It could be the source of your blackscreen problems.
Link works - My blackscreen is an error that is said, according to the .BAT file I have to run it through because of my graphics card, that it is the milleionare(*?spelling?) mod.
Looks like I forgot to include the "Priority 1" Item mods (which includes 'Recipie Book').
Media Flair seems to be down right now.
As soon as it is up again I will post a new update that includes 'Recipie Book' and others.
So, if you've already downloaded rev1, you'll probably want to grab rev1a in a little bit.
Keekeepo, and Co'z',
Although you fly the flag of clan "That Guy" at half mast, I endevor to help anyway.
I can't tell what the source of your blackscreens are because there is almost zero debug info in your posts.
Deleting META-INF is good, but not nessasary; AMCO overwrites with blank files so users can't forget to delete.
Perhaps you are using a debugger or mod manager (like TFC's ModLoader)?
Maybe some file have accidentially been left in the "mods" folder?
If so, then TFC would try to load those mods (which probably conflict with AMCO), and causes blackscreens.
I've tried to make the install as easy as possable, so less is more with this setup.
Everything is already included (like the empty META-INF files).
You don't need to install ModLoader. It's included. Reinstalling is a mistake.
You don't need to run HD texture fix, it's included. Rerunning MC patcher is a mistake.
Don't start Minecraft with a mod manager or debugger. That is a mistake.
1) Rename or delete the entire .minecraft folder.
2) Get a fresh intstall of Minecraft Beta 1.6.6
3) Drop AMCO's files into the right places.
4) Run minecraft.exe
That's it. Nothing else should be needed.
Good luck, and let us know what the hang up was if you get it figured out.

Greetings again everyone, Rev 1A has been posted!
It now includes the "Priority 1" items mods (like 'Recipie Book'). Sory about the thrash. Redownload now.
I've also included a starter world: Cliffs Of Insanity.
Start with a modest house (with great view) in a remote cliff/valley structure with a map, and 'Recipie Book'
Travel to the nearby town, help the inhabitents, explore the Pyramid, found a new town in the Cliffs...
Kyohei,
Here is a download of my avatar's skin: Fire Armor
Jcafrostbite,
I spend many hours making the building templates; Sky Castle, Pyramid, Stonehenge, Tree House, etc.
(The building shapes go pretty quickly. Getting the traps to work well is what takes time.)
'Ruins' is the mod that randomly places them durring world generation.
StaticVision,
I've added an optional download to the first page.
Place those files into minecraft.jar to roll back to the original 16x16 textures.
You can also install whatever 16x16 or 32x32 texture pack you like (not sure if 64x64 or higher works).
John111898,
Thanks for the compliment. Glad you are enjoying it.
Be sure to get version 1A (posted just now) to get even more good stuff.
Keekeepo,
Glad to see you got it working.
Sorry about everyone's 1.5_1 worlds: Nandonalt has not updated 'Coral' yet, so they won't work.
Even if he had, the new 'More Ores' type mod uses one of 'Coral's old item codes (#180).
It's hard coded. I can't change it, but I can change 'Coral' when it comes out.
Either way, our old worlds from Beta 1.5 are gone. Sorry. Nothing I can do.
However, we get 3 new sets of tools, 3 new sets of armor, and 4 new ores to dry our tears with.
I find that the glowing sulfer is the most tear absorbant (especially after converted to TNT). :biggrin.gif:
Also,
I'm still looking for a nice U-Tube video to put on the front page. Maybe something using "Cliffs of Insanity"...
And, some cool screen shots of the new buildings/terrain or your own creations would be great too.
Or, if you just want to use the AMCO banner as a cool way to show support, add this to your signature:
