This is CLEARLY information that you needed to make a new reply for; you obviously could not have edited your previous post to include this information as well..!
Did you click all of the download links? There are three downloads in the OP: One for Rways and Halogen lights, one for Garage Doors, and one for Castle Gates. It sounds like you missed two of them, man.

One thing on the castle gates, you can only have square/rectangle shaped gates since any variation will only open some of the gate blocks, which is unfortunate if you want a big gate with a semi-circular top. :sad.gif:
Aw, man! Does that mean that the front gate in Sneckster's image earlier in this thread doesn't open all at once as one would assume?
That's rather unfortunate! I'll have to change my plans, then! I'm using the Kinniken's Millenaire mod alongside this and I was hoping to build a nice medieval-looking wall around the city after all of the extra buildings I added were complete! I'm sure it won't look -too- bad with a square gate, though..?
AAAAHHHH crap, sorry forget i ever existed should have looked further down the first page. :-)
Save making another post i can make the castle gates now but it won't let me place them. Do i have to add them to anything specific or do i have to change something to make it work. Thanks for any reply.
Ah, do you have the Gate Gratings [made using iron] or the Castle Gates [made using Gate Gratings] in your inventory?
Personally I think it's a waste of an item slot to have the gratings and the gate as separate items [ditto for the Garage Doors and Garage Door blocks], but as things are now you must first create the Gate Gratings [one recipe yields four] and then place three of the Gate Gratings vertically on the crafting table to create one Castle Gate block.
The Castle Gate blocks can be placed, used as doors, etc. The Gate Gratings are only used to create Castle Gate blocks.
LOVING the castle gates. Now that you've done that, new target for your awesomeness- drawbridges. Works the same as gates, but horizontal. And also looks like wood
Edit: And yeah, that thing you said about making open garages/gates into air? Plz do it, I noticed mobs won't walk through open gates, which is annoying and unrealistic.
Um, I think the embedded lights are broken. If I place or paint a block next to an embedded light, it goes out. They also seem to go out by themselves after a while.
Just wanted to tell you how great your mods are.
I installed the last night, built a garage this morning and have asphalt baking in my microwave (it seemed appropriate) right now.
I've got my paint roller ready to direct the sheep.
Love the halogens and the castle gates.
Brilliant work!
Great addition to my world.
Looking forward to whatever you do next!
Cheers
awesome mods!! very cool garage door! and the roads are very nice!
but i think you might have just paved the way for graffiti mods though. look at what i made
lol 8)
-snip-
Haha, I just my roads just "paved" the way for graffiti. :biggrin.gif:
Okay, I'm done with bad jokes for now. In all seriousness, I am liking the drawbridges idea and it shouldn't be too difficult to implement. I'm also going to work on having the blocks under garages and gates be air instead of invisible garages and gates. This will be so mobs can walk through and so they can hopefully be used as floodgates.
This mod is epic. I really like it. I think the actual texture for Rways are a bit rough, I feel they should be a bit different, but awesome regardless. I would like to set up a sponsorship between this thread and my thread, UTD. I will PM you with more details.
This sir, is AMAZING! Thank you for making a mod like this! Finally I can have realistic cities and lights! A diamond for you good sir and a diamond block while I'm at it I might as well add this too

My game crashed when i gave the trader wood.
If you're wondering why it says Vortexlord...that's what I call myself, aswell as Matborg.
I love the RWays, and I am sure I will download the gate/garage door ones as soon as I find an need to use them. The Rway lights added on with Risugami's light sensor make for an awesome combination :smile.gif:
I would like to add a note though.. It would be nice if you changed the readme in the zip that includes the instructions to be more friendly to those with Macs. I use one (not really by personal choice, you use what you have and bootcamp is not working on my laptop..), and I am just thankful that I know how to access what I need to to get stuff installed. In case you do not know, this is the process:
Finder -> USER (with the house icon) -> Library -> Application Support -> Minecraft. The rest would go just like the Windows.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Hello! First off great mods! I love them all, but for some reason the garage mod and the RWay mods dont work together for me =/ It says to make sure that the two mods are not altering the same file, so I don't know what to do. If anyone could help me on this I would be very greatfull. =)
I simply love your idea for the horns, I wouldn't have thought that! Haha!
Looking forward for dams :biggrin.gif:

have you considered to have the castle gates setup and open horizontaly?
i have an awesome idea for a pitfall that opens on command
also any plans to have garage doors and castle gates open when powered by redstone current?
Creating Necromancy since 2011!
Necro-ing Necromancy threads since 2014!
Repeatedly restarting mods since 2015!
And mobs can sink in it.
Made a fancier texture for the castle gate if you'd like to implement it. Couldn't figure out how to fix the sides, though. :/
Also second the multiplayer support question.

Oh, it's about time. I'll get to work on that right now. I really, really don't like MediaFire but it at least gets my mods online fast.
