Of course, I updated all mod to newest version (including ModLoader)
on MC 1.6.6.
You can see Millénaire mod conflicted with BetterBlocks
if you read the error report.

Is there anything else to check?
It still crashes neither I set 'addNewBlocks' option on nor off.
My point before was that Minecraft extended caused issues with Better Blocks, though supposedly Kalin has fixed that, like he said install with a new jar and if it still crashes then add mods one by one and open minecraft till it crashes.
Did you try from a fresh JAR? BetterBlocks 3.5 or 3.4? Are you sure it's Millénaire causing the conflict or could it be another mod?
Here's my current mod installing orders...

It seems there's too many mods but everything is ok except BetterBlocks ;-)
I'll test it with vanilla .jar again, in IC/MC Extended/Millénaire/BetterBlocks order.
Test Result :
Installed BetterBlocks 3.5 right after MC Extended.
It seems to be ok :-D
- MC Extended 7.0_01 made an error with installing,
so i used 7.0 version.

Just moving Millénaire's zip file out of the mods folder is enough to fix it, so I'm pretty sire Millénaire is at fault.

You'd think one of these days people would actually read what little of the error log make perfect sense.
Namely
Slot 125 is already occupied by MLBlockPanel@101fa9e when adding BetterBlockHidden@eccfe7
AKA there are 2 or more blocks trying to use the same ID number, edit your props accordingly
I can't place buttons on single door doorways and I can only place levers on the lowest blocks of the same doorways, otherwise it just doesn't let me do it.
<- levers can only be placed on the lowest blocks and buttons can't be placed.
If you cannot place them than it's a problem with another mod, as I don't modify levers or buttons yet.
If they don't open doors properly when placed on the top block, then you are using BetterBlocks 3.3 and need to upgrade to the newest version.
I seem to have to need to put a block infront and underneath the top block to be able to place the lever but buttons still can't be placed anywhere...I'm currently just running this, buildcraft and plasmacraft and the two others don't appear to change levers or buttons either.
(I'm on 3.4 of this mod)
Have you tried reinstalling from a fresh JAR? What kind of block are you placing the levers/buttons on?
does your mod use the damage values to add all the new blocks or does just add a new block id for each?(i did not quite understand it in the OP.) Thanks!!!!! for you!!!
Will open when powered, not just rotate, by looking at the blocks (and doors) surround them.
that would be nice and all, but now instead of being able to use an inverter to make my doors work, one of the doors will not close no matter what i do. :dry.gif:

For as many as I can, but some (e.g. wool slabs/stairs, bridges, etc.) still require new Block IDs.

Just remove the inverter from one door. Look at the picture in the door section for an example.
When a door is powered it's open, when not it's closed.

As far as I know none of those mods modify levers, buttons, or even cobblestone. You could try redownloading all the mods again, but otherwise I'm afraid I cannot help you. Sorry.

It doesn't list it on the error report but I do have zombe's mods, which does have zer.class in it.
LMFAO. nvm. I realized that I deleted the META-INF in my backup .jar. Ugh I feel stupid now. PS: Maybe you could make it where gates connect to 1 other gate to form a bigger gate :tongue.gif:?
For the vertical redstone you're planning, you should hit up Djoslin. I believe he already has a verticalredstone mod, he might help with coding or even give it to you.

You both seem to have the same problem. I cannot see anyway that BetterBlocks could be the problem and I cannot reproduce it on my system.
Could you both post the list of mods you have installed, and their versions.

Btw: May you stack fences?
While I haven't tested the sleep issue I doubt it. You could try the Somnia mod though.
As for fences, yes they can be placed anywhere a normal block can now.
