@self-proclaimed troll: You started off with a point, failed to maintain it, then copped out. There are good trolls, then there are bored kids. You gotta learn to stick with it.
CONGRATULATIONS! Your not as ignorant as I thought you were! You still know virtually nothing about me however! I am now bored with you people, your too sane. See ya.
I seem to be having a compatibility problem, and I cant make wicker for platforms. I didn't see a solution in the thread, so what can I do? Modloader only says there are conflicts between BTW and Forge, and between Forge and Modloader; each have 3 files in conflict.

Install Modloader then Forge then BTW. Also what version of BTW. Try both 2x2 reeds and 3x3 reeds.

Having said that though, as someone that cares deeply about the game, I've always felt somewhat obliged to point out when I think the design is going in the wrong direction and use this mod as a counter-example of the kind of stuff I'd much rather see in Minecraft.
I don't know if people have mentioned this before, but of all the large-scale mods, I've always felt that BTW was the most in line with the Minecraft experience.
You've always been spot on with the design. It's like playing an enhanced version of Minecraft, rather than some total conversion to something else. All of the other large mods I've played seem to jerk one out of the immersion. They're still fun, but I feel like I'm playing a different game then.
Kudos to you for such a fine job, and thank you for your dedication, hard work, and attention to detail!

Thanks man! I do try to stay true to the overall feel and tech progression of MC even if I do feel compelled to throw in my own little twist now and again for comic relief

Actually, you just reminded me:
Battosay put together this video earlier that shows off the features in the newest release. He shows the table recipe within it :smile.gif:
wee finally a table!!! btw FC BTW is the best mod out there atm, its just so natural to minecraft.. i cant even play MC w/o your mod installed, you should make something about redstone idk make it more usefull like vertical redstone or some wired blocks that you can use as redstone ready walls :smile.gif:
Well my first goal is to make ores spawn differently. I wanted Ores to spawn in veins like in the better ores mod. But I realized that that kind of distribution would make it quickly too easy to get metals. Once you find a vein you're set. So I was thinking of making ordinary iron ore rare and adding in lower grade ores that require more processing and have significantly lower yields. But for something that requires 'more processing' I really need to pair it up with a technical mod.
What do you mean by "make a modified class"?
Just don't overwrite the base classes from BTW and its ok, afaik.

Can I ask what your mod will do? Just curious.

Didn't you say "see ya" a few pages back? Or where you just going to your settings to change your signature?
