Really great, I get up to 70 fps on normal use. The really annoying thing is whenever I move terrain everywhere start to flicker about. This only happens on advanced OGL but when its off it starts lagging every few seconds even though fps is good. Because I have a Mac I can't turn Threaded Op off. Please help this issue other people are having similar problems. Thank you.
Seems to work pretty good, haven't had a lot of time to fool with it yet though. Long distance chunk loading didn't seem to do anything, but maybe I wasn't setting it right. Vines on trees in the distance flicker something terrible, no matter what settings I have for mipmaps and AA. Grass growing underwater.......

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.
Hey. When I download and install optifine Ultra, my fps rate improves nothing. No, it decreases. No idea how it comes, but I'm forced to play on tiny render distance (while without Optifine I can play at far render distance). Is this already known to happen?

You want to be a dragon? Well, then you need to have wings, a passion to hoard, and have a deadly breath.
Oh, and did I forgot to tell you dragons are extremely territorial? ROAWR >:)
I use Optifine mainly for the AA, AF, and Mip Mapping. FPS doesn't really increase much for me, or smooth game play much. (even with AA/AF off)
Anyways, I've been noticing white lines bordering blocks to the horizon, when I use anti aliasing. Also, the anti aliasing doesn't effect the textures within the blocks, just the borders of the blocks. Like, if I'm looking at a block, the colors are still separated by very visible and not smooth pixels. Is that something you can change?
I think the texture pack your using adds a custom water texture. All i do to turn it of is turn the option for water animations to dynamic for default water. (default water will look different in hd texture packs)
My computer can't run Ultra, and I always used Smooth, so when can I expect Smooth to update? I saw the percentage counter and was really anxious, but when i saw it was only Ultra my heart kind of sank a little bit, so is it possible if I can get a rough estimate when Smooth will be updated, if it'll be updated at all?
