Hey guys, I have a weird problem with the leaf blocks. No matter what settings I use, I always get the transparent version, but it's not transparent, like it should be. If I place it next to an opaque block, I can see through my world when I look into the leaf block and see the dungeons. Also, I cant see wood blocks inside trees that are covered by leafs, I just see the world behind the tree through the leaves. I tried every AdvancedOpenGl option as well as switching between Fast and Fancy (both globally and just trees)to no avail. Can I do anything about this? Or it's just something a new version of optifine will fix? Btw, I'm on MC 1.0.0 (default texture pack), only mod installed is optifine.
Have you installed Mod loader if not try it, if it doesn't still work I don't know what to say. :blink.gif:
Makes my game crash each time When i patch my game with the patcher to get the animated textures.
There is something not working correctly if you say that it is already suported.
It's not a problem... At all.. Stop using the patcher and simply do it yourself.
It's really, really damn easy to do. Delete META-INF, place the .class files into the root directory, and you're done. Don't even touch the patcher for any reason. If you do, the only thing you can install is RandomMobs, everything else will break your game.
I am getting the white-lines-between-the-blocks error
using a 256x texture pack
it is patched using the latest version of mc patcher with SPC, TMI, random mobs, and modloader. (i know i dont have to use the patcher, i like to use it for the ability to delete and add mods)
anyone know a fix for this?
Thanks for helping in advanced
--restarted minecraft and the problem went away, you can delete this
Fantastic! Bettergrass is acting sketchy again, though. For the top block on a dirt wall, it's using the "solid" grass texture for the side, rather than the default side grass texture like bettergrass is normally supposed to.
As Bettermobs is now integrated with (and, it seems, reliant on) MCpatcher, is there a chance of building that into this? There's no way to use it now, since MCpatcher and Optifine are incompatible (and, aside from that, redundant).
