So you hate it because you couldn't figure out how to install it correctly?
Out of curiosity, why shouldn't it exist?

It must be HIM...
Sorry man, your screwed.
(Seriously though, are you talking about in the water? If so, those are just water particles, nothing to worry about, they are intended features of Vanilla Minecraft.)
He means is the CLOUDS not water. If you look closely (Unless you are totally bind or retarded) the clouds have outlines in them.
Everytime I play Minecraft with optifine and forge I can play fine for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, sometimes less than 20 minutes, and I crash with graphical artifacting that usually seems to go from the middle bottom of my Minecraft window to somewhere in the top left area of the Minecraft window. ending in a tiny square that looks like a NES puked(simplest of terms).
I do not have any crash reports for this as it goes straight to desktop. Honestly I'm not sure the new crash reports are even helpful, the old ones I could make sense of easily and figure out how to fix a problem most times, now I can't make heads or tails of the things.
As of yet I have been unable to get a screencap as my printscreen button never seems to work when these crashes occur. These crashes also only occur when using Forge and Optifine, I even get them with the Technic launcher.

OptiFine and Forge work perfectly together for me. I play from 20 mins to a few hours at a time with no problem.
Check for end error log from fml in your .minecraft directory. At work so I can't check filename atm.
Because they're all called Ultra now.
Um, CTM is included in Optifine.
Then you installed incorrectly.
You didn't delete META-INF.
I can confirm that for some mods, textures get messed up. I think the problem is that Optifine needs to be installed last, I ran into this problem and installing Optifine after everything else fixed it.
Is this it? it's from last night, most recent crash time I think
it's too long to post here.

Ok, seeing a couple of things here.
This is why it's crashing, I think: 2012-09-16 02:14:47 [INFO] [STDOUT] 1285: Out of memory
But, I think that's caused by:
It's loading some .zips that should be installed into the .jar
It appears to be grabbing them from a directory you're using to store mods.
Dunno why it would be doing that since they are in E: and you're running Minecraft from C:
I'll look at it some more but perhaps someone else has some insight?
Edit: spelling fail
