If you look at WHO the user is, you'll realize that he was basically the guy who brought LSOD to the light or, at least, popularized the problem. He practically prompted the mod to be made.
He was talking about trying to edit the mod to work, as in making the update himself. You're were just ignorant of the situation.

On another note. Hopefully this can be updated by Monday. This mod really helps when I record. Normally I record in like 30fps but with this I can do 60 with ease. Wonderful work you have here.
Okay guys, really (especially all you trolls), the update will be out soon (Monday, with any luck). If you do not have the patience to wait, but you do to build massive structures, then something is really wrong here.

can you find a way to fix the frame skips most of us seem to be having i dont know if thats whats really hapening but thats what it looks like so if theres a better term please tell me

Currently my PC runs smoothly at around 150 fps (give or take 30) and occasionally the fps drops causing a lag spike for only a moment and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to reduce or even eliminate this occurrence. I am using the default texture and occasionally I will use LB Photo Realistic 64x(which is just a little slower but not by much). I defrag my computer often as well as using gamebooster. And I have it set to where Minecraft's allocated memory is 3072Mb.
Any help would be appreciated on this matter and eventually I will be using Optimine once it is updated to 1.7, do you think that it will fix my problem or even help me at all?

It's the Lag Spike of Death. If you scroll down a bit on the first page, you will see The Lag Spike of Death Fix but it's currently at 1.6.6 So I'm waiting for that to update. But luckily, I've got 1.6.6 backed up so I can play on that.
