On topic- Wrong forum section, but the mod can be downloaded by doing so.
Go onto google and type in Risugami's mod loader, (Pretty sure it's first link). It will take you to his forum thread where he posts his mods. Near the bottom is the modloader download. This isnt a link but I hope this helps a little! :biggrin.gif:
