ohh my god!!!!
the great mod god has been generous to us!!!
a modder RETURNS, how could we forget your mods? ever since anvil formatting with the huge amounts of ids to use, i have been comming back for premuim wood despratly trying to find it updated.
so on a off note forge has a modders build if you want to look at it and i think FML is updated though i am no modder, i am looking forward to adventuring in a forest of colors, i think it is your best work.
on a off off note how is 1.3.1/1.3.2 treating you? and do you think you can get allyour mods ready for LAN?
First, I'm so glad you came back. I too have been checking your thread now and then hoping for good news.
Now Ive downladed the RegenOres and tested it out. It is not fond of enchantments.
1) Silk Touch gives you the block but also leaves behind the regen ore cobblestone.
--- I would hope to pick up the block but not leave behind regen ore cobblestone
2) Fortune does nothing
----I would expect this to do something. Maybe nerf it a bit somehow.
3) Efficiency tears right through the regen ore cobblestone after mining the ore.
--- Since the block is not real cobblestone, could you give more toughness or immune to Efficiency?
4) Emeralds ignored.
----I mostly want the Emerald ore blocks for decoration.
My hope was to be able to silk touch the ore blocks and make a "waiting room" somewhere on my base.
Now I find myself stuck between Cheaty Silk Touch and Nerfed Fortune... hmmm what to do?
Its been awhile since I read up on your NetherCraft. But last time I had was before the Nether itself got updated with buildings and mobs.
Cant wait to see what you do.
Worst case scenario, make a new Nether with its own portal.
Well Im a bit confused on how exactly to use scottools for modding. How do I use it with Mcp as I need to add tools and block with harvest levels over 3, It would also make tools so much easier. I have mcp, JDK, eclipse and modloader but how do I use scottools with eclipse/mcp? thanks in advanace.
Both of you, stop pestering Scokeev9 for an update. Whining for an update is against forum rules and annoys the moderators, it can also result in a report. So stop immediately. He'll update all the mods eventually so just be patient. I would imagine he's working hard to get them out as soon as possible.
I can see where they are coming from since its been almost one year since he has updated his mod but I do agree it is very annoying
from a user that started minecraft in its alpha stages and began using nethercraft (in my eyes one of my top 5 mods of all time) in the beta stages of minecraft development, if you do plan on continuing your updates take your time to make sure that you're happy with the update and not just trying to push it out because of the demand
That said I'm looking forward to you coming back in full force Scokeev9
