I have already posted here for help, but the help given didn't really work at all.
So I'm trying to get the Aether and Premium Trees to work together, but changing the ID blocks on the Premium Wood config file. I do all the correct installation process (With a fresh MC) but my MC still crashes. Just for the record, this is what I did:
1. Backed up Minecraft.jar
2. Fresh MC
3. Installed ModLoader, ScotTools, and PremiumWood. (Respectively)
4. Ran the game once, so the config file generated
5. Change the block IDs (By adding 999 onto each ID)
6. Installed the Aether, then ShockAhPI, then reinstalled ScotTools
7. Installed the Aether bronze dungeon boss bug fix
8. Started the game up.
Yes, I installed the Texture Fix before I installed anything, I also did the whole install without doing the Texture Fix.
Help would be greatly appreciated! It would help even more if you could PM me a download link to a config file that works with the Aether, because I think that's what the problem is!
Thanks in advance!
dude block IDs don't go past 255......

Ahh okay, well i'll have a gander at the code and move the Item axe thingy to the appropriate place.
Btw your tutorial is very obscure(At least for me) because it explains everything at once, could you perhaps, if you find the time, develop a more diverse tutorial?
Edit**
Okay, i relocated the code to the area you specified (which actually goes against your tutorial) and now i have 54 errors saying an Identifier was expected???
The actual error:

== ERRORS FOUND ==
src\minecraft\net\minecraft\src\mod_RoyalOres.java:8: <identifier> expected
regaliteTools = (new ToolMaterial(4, 2500, 14F, 10));

I just really do not know, youre telling me one thing and your obscure tutorial is telling me another thing...
I'm baffled :/
Could you perhaps show me some working code that uses the ToolMaterial Hook and adds tools?? I would be very appreciative if you could.
I would suggest creating the mod using a tutorial or something, first, and *then* come back and check the tutorial for ScotTools. The tutorial is meant for people who already know how to mod, and shows the changes and/or what needs to be added to their code to use ScotTools properly.
Sorry to be so "unexact" but erm the automod says i dont have 7-zip installed (i reinstalled it twice)
so im sad :sad.gif: D:
There are quite a few reasons why this may not be working. I am trying to get around to making bug fixes to Auto-Mod more compatible across different computers, but with batch programming, it's pretty difficult to make it work for everyone...
Does premium wood work with seasons mod? I mean when i install premium wood mod will the game crash and or will the premium wood colors change in autumn?
It works fine together, but the leaves don't change color, sadly.
Well, Element 115 is a little easier to pronounce. =P
what about ununilium?
EDIT: Ununs are not naturally occurring, elements they are made by hitting 2 elements against each other at high speeds (Like almost the speed of light), plus they're highly unstable and only have a half-life of a few nanoseconds before the turn into something else. Thought you might want to know.
Can you make nethercraft compatible with aether? They seem to share some block IDs frankly i don't get a second to read the errors in modloader but i think one is netherdirt share ID with aether ambrosium ore, or if i can change your block ids myself please explain how :-)

This isn't caused by ItemSpriteAPI. Read the Common Errors section.
Thanks! =D
